+ Locația este super centrală, stația tramvaiului 1 :Villanyrendor. Totul se poate găsi lângă casă − Erau 2 etaje de urcat fără lift dar dacă eu l-am făcut la 85 de ani,oricine l-ar face

+ Sétálóutcára kilátás. Belváros közelsége, parkolás az épület mögött. − Sétálóutca fele a vaskapu éjjel-és még reggel is zárva volt. (Hátul kerülővel lehet a ház elé jutni ilyenkor.) Kisebb takarítási hiányosságok. Sajnos a mosdókagyló felett nem volt tükör.

− A fürdőszoba takarítottsága nagyon nem volt megfelelő. A fürdőkádban szőrszálak a külső oldala a wc mellett pedig gyomorforgatóan nézett ki. Mindezek mellett a padló is piszkos volt.

Mindent összevetve az apartman jó választás volt. + Közel van mindenhez; villamos megálló, üzletek. Az apartman kényelmes, és jól felszerelt. − Utcára nézett az apartman és a villamos zaja jól behallatszott, de pár nap alatt hozzászoktunk. A fürdőkádból való be-és kilépés kényelmetlen volt, ezért nem találtuk eléggé biztonságosnak.
