Location is wonderful especially for bush walking and views. + View, heating, small but usable kitchen − Just a few minor maintenance issues. eg Towel rack not secure

A peaceful getaway, stunning views, beautiful accommodation, relax and reconnect with nature. + The peaceful surroundings, breathtaking views, and beautifully appointed Sky Lodge made our stay unforgettable. We loved relaxing on the balcony, listening to the birds, sunrise/sunset and being surrounded by nature. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday city life. − Our stay was excellent overall. The only suggestions would be to improve the Wi-Fi reliability and provide a few more dining options or longer restaurant opening hours. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again.

Accom great. In general a real shortage of any decent food. + 15-16/7/26 Stunning Lodges, however the Tea Room was a big disappointment with little choice, poorly presented and very expensive - closed at 3pm! It’s a real shame there are no log fires burning, gas only and that’s when they decide to turn it on. It was very cold within and totally lacked any warmth/atmosphere. The same male staff member in both eateries was totally disinterested and would never crack a smile - some training would go a long way Binna Burra. − 1. Currently a construction zone for accommodation. 2. Happitat Adventure Park was permanently closed, however they made no mention of it on the website and that is why we travelled so far to stay, therefore we were NOT impressed!

Highly recommend Skylodge accommodation. Outstanding views of the valley and wonderful spacious accommodation. + Magnificent hinterland location with stunning views, outstanding hiking tracks and facilities/accommodation to compliment all. − Nothing, other than it lacked a lot of kitchen items i.e. no cutting boards, no platters for salads or cheese, nothing to put meat in to cook/roast on BBQ (just to name a few things). The small things count!!

A wonderful break even with inclement weather + Room overlooking the valley was outstanding − It is sad that the resort has had to rebuild due to the devastating fire some years ago. Reassuring that progress is being made with the rebuild

Overall our stay was ok, dinner didn’t go to plan and thankfully we got to the apartment early enough to take photos as + The property was lovely and clean. Enough space for us all. The spa bath was the best we all enjoyed it! − There was no oven (which we hadn’t realised on booking) so dinner wasn’t what we had planned.

+ The location and sky lodges were most impressive. − The night manager had to be coaxed out to assist find the assigned unit and pathway to access due to path lighting not working in the area. The night manager was dismissive, abrupt and rude. Not a favourable welcome experience at the start of my stay.

Very enjoyable views from our balcony of birds and the valley below. + Balcony, bed and bathroom were fine. − Kitchen storage shelves interior painted in black make it very difficult to see what is in them! Re-do in lighter colour please.
