Great Location, easy access to city, transportation and restaurants + The old italian look to it, authenticity. Its right in the middle of everything and so easy to get around on foot. Taxis station a few steps away and bus stop right on corner. − The only downside, which really didnt matter, was that the management was not on site but around the corner.

Très bien, emplacement idéal je recommande + L’emplacement dans la ville est super, l’ambiance de la chambre est vraiment authentique. La chambre a toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires ! − Il y a un peu de bruit le soir comme la chambre donne sur la rue mais rien d’insupportable. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

Clean and eclectic hotel in a good location + The hotel is exceptionally clean. We picked the hotel for its unusual decor and it did not disappoint the rooftop breakfast is lovely a well worth 15 Euros. Staff was efficient and friendly. − Elevator is a bit jenky, but that is true on Rome generally

Nice people. Dangerous business. − There was a power cut at the hotel (and perhaps a gas leak) around midnight. The staff had no means whatsoever of relocating their guests--and the management were NOWHERE to be found. The staff wanted to help but had no support, no resources, no relationships with which the guests could be helped. Some of the guests contemplated calling the police. I fear the staff will be blamed but really they had neither the authority, resources or knowledge to know what to do. Elderly people couldn't use the lifts but had to climb to the top of the hotel and drag their luggage out. It was an awful scene and nobody knew what to do. The emergency lighting in the main building is inadequate and in a real fire, it would have been impossible to find the fire escape. This is a dangerous building that is poorly managed, despite the frustrated goodwill of the staff.

Mükemmel + Kahvaltı çok güzel çoğu otele göre zengin bir kahvaltısı var ve çatıda kahvaltı olanağı ayrıca güzeldi şehir manzarasında kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Odalar çok temiz yataklar çok rahattı ve odaların mimarisi muhteşemdi. − Resepsiyon ve odaların farklı yerlerde olması dezavantajdı. Resepsiyon ve odalar uzak değil ama farklı sokaktalar bilmeyen için zor olabilir odaların önünde beklemek zorunda kaldık. Bir de oda da terlik olmaması bir dezavantaj onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi.

Pésimo mantenimiento y suciedad absoluta. + Excelente ubicación. − Olor a humedad insoportable, el cuidado de las instalaciones es pésimo y la limpieza fue totalmente nula. Cubrecamas sucios, almohadas con mal olor y no confortables. Para colmo, las rejillas y filtros del aire acondicionado estaban totalmente cubiertos de polvo, un peligro absoluto para la salud respiratoria. Es inaceptable que un establecimiento comercial ofrezca habitaciones en semejantes condiciones de insalubridad. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y menos a cuantos sufren de alergias.

+ Excellent location right in the centre of the old town. The staff were lovely and very easy to communicate with. The breakfast area was incredible, with an exceptional buffet selection. We would come again and again. The rooms style was very fun, it felt like being in a play, we enjoyed the theme and style and have a very comfortable sleep.
