A terrific spot to finish off our Italian holiday. + It was a small but spotless room with everything we needed. The location was excellent, we also enjoyed being served breakfast in our room.

Super pobyt w Rzymie + Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Obsługa super, nie było problemu z późnym zameldowaniem. Polecam.

Great location and room. Let down by WiFi not usable + Location and room was good size with main bed and sofa bed - so triple. Bathroom was spacious and room was light. Aircon worked well and beds were reasonably comfortable − WiFi was unusable (3-4mbps download) so might as well not advertised they had WiFi. If you are needing WiFi don’t book

Excellent location. Room was spacious, 2 beds. Perfect for family with 2 small children + Location was amazing. Daily breakfast. Nice staff. Taxi station right in front. Bus stop a block away. Piazza Lavona around the corner − Same breakfast every day

Localização Perfeita + Localização perfeita! A hospedagem não é exatamente um hotel, o que não estava tão claro no anúncio, mas, mesmo assim, nossa estadia foi ótima! O Rufo, muito simpático, nos atendeu com muita atenção, nos levava café da manhã delicioso. O quarto é confortável e limpo, mas o triplo é um pouco pequeno para 3 pessoas. Banheiro muito bom.

Appalling! + The staff at the reception was very polite, helpful and efficient. Did their best to be of help. Gave good advice not to be fooled by taxi drivers in Rome. In the bathroom everything worked well. − The room pictures at the Booking.com are misleading: it looked cheep, had dirty walls and was smaller than in the picture (that is why there is no information about the room size). Most of all I was shocked by the condition of the bed (hairs, a small bug crawling along the sheet, a horrible mattress beneath the bedding - see the photos). I asked to talk to the manager but he responded only after about half an hour (it was around 9 pm and he didn't want to talk to me at all although was discussing the situation by phone with a staff member). The refund request from my part was rejected: the room rate was non-refundable but I was sure it was not safe to sleep on that bed. The manager assured me that they have regular hygienic check-ups. + Super nettes guesthouse direkt auf der Hinterseite der Piazza Navona. Das Personal sehr bemüht. Tolles Frühstück direkt ins Zimmer. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Rezeption nur bis 14.00 Uhr besetzt ist und man das Gepäck bei einem Abendflug den restlichen Nachmittag mitschleppen muss.

Maravilhosa!!! Ficaria mais dias com toda certeza. Deu pena de ir embora. + Do quarto. Maravilhoso! Banheiro muito bom!!! Muito espaçoso. Café da manhã foi servido no quarto e também bem gostoso. O quarto é igual ao que aparece no site. Fomos em 4 e ficamos super bem! − Não foi um problema para minha família mas para quem tem problema com escada já fica mais complicado. Último andar. Mas tem o elevador pequeno que também nos serviu muito bem.

Ficaria lá novamente. + Não é um hotel, mas os funcionários são educados e prestativos, em que pese somente fique no local até as 14:00hs. Mas a localização é o ponto alto, excelente! − A foto do anúncio parece ser um quarto maior, mas o quarto é bom.
