Convenient for Lincoln city centre. Basic hotel + Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Convenient for Lincoln city centre. − Couldn't open window as broken on a very warm night. Fan in room but not ideal as noisy. No shower curtain so water all over floor could easily have slipped. Tea tray very basic and no bottled water. No fridge.

Clean comfortable with a excellent restaurant next door + Was easy to drive to as on the main road, The restaurant next door was excellent Clean room and huge bed − Not walking distance to city Room could do with a little attention (drippy taps, lights not working, poor shower )

Lovely stay nice and clean motel, staff very friendly, best to keep windows shut to block noise from the nearby bypass. + Clean comfortable − Design fault in the bedroom the bed in my opinion is on the wrong wall. It is on the same side as the bathroom so that when you switch the light on in the bathroom at night is blinding and the noise from the fan as the bed is on the same wall as the bathroom.

Highly recommend for a quick stop over if travelling has everything you need and comfortable + Stayed here ready for my daughter’s graduation early the next morning was perfect for it !easy parking right outside ,big spacious rooms with everything you would need for an over night stay , bed was very comfy and although the bathroom was very dated it was spotless hats off to the house keeping team 😊 − Nothing all was good
