服務人員英文不是很順暢，但是非常用心介紹館內設施，早晚餐都可以吃的很飽也很精緻，當天去大眾池剛好沒遇到別人，有包場的感覺非常好 + 大眾池跟服務人員 − 無

Great location for a very interesting countryside, lovely Onsen. + Great onsen and included meals. We even had a nice show organized by the hotel staff. Great location if you want visit Gassho-Zukuri houses around. − The room had many bugs around the windows. This seemed to be a seasonal issue and the hotel was aware of this and had left instructions.

Hôtel traditionnel avec onsen + Chambre spacieuse avec futon, lavabo et wc dans un hôtel avec onsen. − Très cher. Pas de spectacle alors qu on etait un samedi. Pas de douche dans les chambres « japonaises ». Autant le repas du soir est bon autant le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapté au public occidental. Nous n’avons mangé que le riz.
