If we visit again, we would choose this hotel without hesitation. + We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the very beginning. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and professional. Every request we had was fulfilled immediately. For example, when I needed eye drops, they arranged them for me without any problem. They also picked me up from airport without any issues after arranged it in advance and organized my transport to the airport as well. If there is any way they can help or accommodate you, they will truly do their best. The breakfasts were also very good, and there was always something everyone could choose from. Fresh fruits for breakfast was nice every morning. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

Overall it was a comfortable stay :) + - They checked in on us on what time we will be arriving. - Staff were accommodating. We arrived around 4pm, and we wanted to explore the tourist areas in the highlands, and so we asked the staff if they could call us a service/driver to bring us there, and they did try to call their contact! Unfortunately, it was too late as one of the spots closes at 5pm. - The room was bigger than we expected, honestly. We could still move around comfortably even if we have our luggage open all at the same time. - There’s a fridge, we have utensils, and a dining table. - Hot shower felt amazing. - The breakfast was generous! Too bad we missed this on our second day as we had an early day tour. We actually didn’t expect the breakfast to be so filling. The staff also made sure to attend to our concerns/requests. - Housekeeping! It’s a good place to stay but the next time will be back we’re not staying here because we want to explore other resort + This Resort has a nice view, nice staff and good food. − Our room sliding door is hard to open ruin my nails , toilet seat is broken.

Not a bad place to stay + We hired an Apartment and the Villa it close enough to catch a boat to White Island rooms ok. no reception the girls in Restaurant checked us in − No Pool promised us a lift to the Ferry when we leave but we ended up finding our own way there

Lindisima ubicación + La ubicación era espectacular. La limpieza perfecta. El personal muy atento, sobre todo su dueño quien nos llevó en su camioneta al puerto para tomar el ferry al ver que nuestro Tuc Tuc se había retrasado. − Estuvimos alojados en 2 habitaciones distintas. Al comienzo estuvimos en una muy cerca de la entrada al hotel que si bien era muy cómoda no era linda, era nuestra luna de miel y la verdad que hubiésemos ido a otro lugar de saber que era realmente así. Tiene una luz que se prende cada vez que detecta movimiento y era difícil por la noche no despertarnos porque se prendía a cada rato. No fue una estancia barata y nos arrepentimos un poco de esa elección, en las fotos no aclara dónde está exactamente esta habitación. Pero a la vez cuando nos mudamos de habitación, dentro del mismo hotel, fue otra experiencia, las vistas al mar, lo linda que era la habitación, otra experiencia. Bon standing + L' appartement était super, grand avec une chambre séparée, calme. Le jardin est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et complet. L accès à la mer pratique mais nous n avons pas pu faire de pmt en raison des vagues. − Il faut un scooter obligatoirement.
