Lovely place for outdoorsy travelers + Super cute place. Very low-key and outdoorsy vibe. The staff were super nice, and loved the little bar with tap beers they have, plus outdoor hang-out area with fire pits. And love they have a laundry machine. Bed was comfortable, and the room overall was lovely and clean. − Annoying to not have a fridge or microwave in the room.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Good location. + It was comfortable and quite cutely decorated. Air conditioning unit was a little loud but it did work well. Staff were great and very friendly. Parking is good and complimentary. Liked that it was in super short walking distance of a burger place, a little bit of a longer walk to grocery store and Pearl Street Mall but not too far. We walked and felt safe and easy directions to follow. Liked the ping pong table and washer and dryer onsite work decently. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good location. − Washer and dryer onsite work decently, although i got my sock caught in the lining of the washer and when i pulled it out i pulled it out along with a cigarette butt (note mine) and my sock stank of cigarettes, would suggest a clean of the washer. Also, not sure the spa pool was swimmable, it had quite the green hue and did not look particularly inviting but we did enjoy our time by the creek that was very close by. My suggestion for a good splash ar…

We had a lovely stay facilitated by friendly staff and enjoyed the walkability. + Loved the outdoor seating and bar in the reception. − The carpeting detracted from the overall appeal of the room. It was a light color so the stains made it feel kind of dingy despite being clean overall.

Comfortable Stay + Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room. They let us have slightly early check in as our room was ready which was very appreciated. Bar/seating area was welcoming but we didn't get chance to use it! − Room was fairly basic, this wasnt an issue as such, beds were still comfortable. Blind was broken

Great , fun spot near Campus! + Great location to go see a concert at Folsom Field! Love how they repurposed a motel and made it a fun spot to stay. Walkable to downtown Boulder too. Cute rustic decor and comfortable beds. − The AC units are loud, but it drowns out any external noise of people walking past. The ac did work well! Couple maintenance things- open hole to right of dresser down next to a plug that looks like they can cover it with a solid plug cover. Shower head was about 4 feet high so hits right at chest level and I’m 5’ 11

Stay here if you want to enjoy true Boulder hospitality & charm + Jon (manager) was so welcoming and available every morning. He's been caring for the property and definitely has a love for ensuring guests are happy with their stay. Rooms were very comfortable - the property is an old motor lodge that's been renovated and modernized so all the spaces are a bit oversized and the place feels very welcoming. Lots of food choices nearby and the CU Boulder campus is LITERALLY on the other side of the back gate. Pearl Street is a 10 minute walk. PERFECT location. − Was disappointed the jacuzzi tub was out of order - would've been great after our hike in RMNF. But the Wild Cider on tap was a nice consolation libation :-)

We’ll be back! + Great location, staff was super helpful, and what great amenities! A climbing wall?! Very cool place. Will stay there again.

Great location and place to launch outdoor trips with thoughtful touches. + Location is great and the check in process was simple, staff were kind. Beds comfortable and nice outdoors touches such as cooler provided. − Configuration of the room a bit awkward, or instance toilet paper is attached to the door, bedside lamp switches were too high to reach from bed.

Great location and coffee, nice staff. Property needs work. + Location in Boulder is great. Friendly staff, and a relaxing environment. − The bathroom was terrible. Water pressure was bad, paint was pealing off the walls. It looked like there was a quick fix in an attempt to make the rooms look acceptable. The hot tub was broken, the parking lot is extremely small and tight, and the WiFi was terrible. I needed to use my hot spot on my phone in my room instead of the provided WiFi.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. It was peaceful and in a perfect spot to check out Boulder in a walkable or drivab + I loved the walkability in the town of Boulder and the endless amenities offered − Some unnecessary things were unavailable, but nothing important to the stay.

It was a good value stay based on what I paid, the location, and services offered. + The location was just a short walk to Pearl St.- a little tough to do in heels but otherwise close enough; it was about a 15 minute walk. I also liked the hot tub facilities and used those more than once over my stay. − The room was adequate, but a little rough around the edges. It was nice, and my fiancee was pleased with it, but it lacked a bit of refinement that I prefer to have in my hotels. The soaps were all empty in the shower, some stuff was rusty, and the bathroom was tiny, but it was still 7/10 nice.
