+ Lobby and historic interiors of hotel are amazing and beautiful and staff were wonderful. Feels upscale and classy. − We stayed in the separate wing across the skyway, and the room, mainly the bathroom, just fell short and not up to par given the very expensive price point. The furnishings in the room were nice, but the bathroom walls and shower were bare with basic paint, no tile, no wallpaper, no decor at all - and felt kind of old school like a motel with a little nicer countertop. Otherwise I could have been in a Howard Johnson bathroom.

+ Very cute hotel- very nice staff. Valet and front desk were wonderful. Restaurant was nice and open late. Great location. Suite was big and had charm. Sofa bed was dirty but hotel addressed it. − Valet parking was $40 a night which seemed expensive when already paying a lot for a hotel. A little weird to get to room when on the historic side.

It was terrible. We will never stay there again. + Nothing except the staff was nice − We brought a small little service dog. When we arrived, we were told our dog couldn’t stay in the room alone. So we had to cancel our anniversary dinner which we had been planning for a long time. We were so disappointed. We also were unable to use a luggage cart without the staff being with us so they had to follow us if we grabbed a luggage cart.
