Good & Best to Stay + It's working distance to the Milan Central Station. Overall 90% good. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff members are very friendly.

Expensive for what you in fact and really get. + Location near central station − Breakfast hot items are always cold because they simply don’t have the fire to keep it warm. Air conditioning always very hot (above 24/25oC). We talked to reception but they simply change it for a moment and they return it to STD setting. Checkin was very slow, almost 40 min because only one person was there and no seats available to seat. Breakfast cups and plate very dirty. If you go there early at 7:00am for breakfast, it might be your lucky day. Otherwise, have breakfast somewhere else, it’s better

− There were mold everywhere in the bathroom (floor, shower, etc.), the toilettes were not clean at all. Would not recommend to go there.

Star! Will recommend to friends and family! + We arrive early for check in. But our room is prepared already. Hotel staff our really accommodating and friendly! All of them ( though I forgot the names - I’m bad remembering names). Hotel is very close to central station and nearby restaurants. Room looks posh but affordable ☺️

Recommended for those travelling for the GP in Monza! + Great location - close to all amenities and just a couple of minutes away from Milano Centrale. Friendly staff who answered all of our queries in a calm and friendly manner. The breakfast was always served warm. Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall a good stay! − During breakfast, only two cereal bowls were available, and both were chipped from the top. The AC in the triple room was out of way from the beds and the guests barely slept because it was super warm. The shower in the double superior room was separated by a small glass partition so water splashed everywhere.

Fair stay, front desk staff Very friendly + Front desk staff very helpfull, the breakfast staff not as good but they try. − Breakfast hot itens are not even warm after 8:00am because they can’t keep them warm.

+ Staff put us in a different room with a working fridge and AC for the second night − First room’s fridge and AC didn’t work. Also,Can see silhouette of anyone inside the bathroom through the sliding door

+ L'accueil à l'aller et au retour à l'entrée. L'accueil au petit déjeuner, mais seulement au retour. L'emplacement. − A l'aller : Peu d'informations sur où se garer en toute sécurité. En effet le parking payant ouvert H24 est à fuire absolument. Et nous aurions aimé en être informé. J'ai prévenue une fois à 19h que notre chambre était à 30°C, que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et que le wifi non plus. A 23h, la dame de l'accueil a été très gentille et a fini par nous changer de chambre (enfin!). On a quand même dû réveiller mon conjoint afin de changer de chambre. Mais je la remercie quand même d'avoir finit par faire quelque chose. Au retour : rien à signaler. Tout allait bien. Ça reste quand même assez chère. Bref, globalement correct, il faudrait juste quelques réajustement si je peux me permettre. Merci Valentine et Alexandre

Fijn hotel om Milaan te ontdekken + Om de hoek van het centrale station van Milaan. Kamer was netjes. Redelijk goed bed en fijne badkamer met inloopdouche. − Geen koffiemachine op de kamer. De kamer was via 2 apparte liften via omweg te bereiken. Beetje omslachtig. Wat meer keuze in vending machines was ook fijn geweest. De airco maakte best wat decibels en was ook niet uit of zachter te zetten.
