− Avevamo fatto una richiesta check-in a cui non è mai stata data risposta e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo aspettato più di 45 minuti oltre l'orario indicato dalla struttura per il check-in. Avevano cominciato a pulire proprio allora. Fatte presente queste criticità lo staff è risultato impreparato e il responsabile chiamato al telefono molto polemico. Tutto ciò ha comportato ritardi e disagio alle nostre attività.
