Beautiful Dreams + My husband and I went to Dreams Cozumel April 16-23/26. We had a wonderful time. This was our second time at Dreams and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are clean and we'll stocked, the staff is very attentive to all your needs. We changed rooms the first day because of a air conditioner issue, the staff at the lobby were very accommodating - wanting us to be happy with the room. We had someone help us with our luggage both times, I believe his name was Juan. The food was fantastic- with having so many options from the buffet at Dreams and Secrets to all the a la cartes at both places. There will always be something for everyone. We had a great experience while there with one of the managers, Adrian. He was talking to my husband when it was Mexican night at the buffet at Dreams. My husband asked if they had chimichangas (not sure if I spelled it right). Adrian said no not tonight but we could make you some. The next night they came out with the chef to serve u…

Wonderful vacation 😊 + The communication was excellent. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent, and the staff keeps everything in excellent order. I was very pleased that there are no wristbands, so you're free to go. Also, the service with towels on the beach and everywhere else is excellent. No cards, and there are plenty of towels everywhere. Thank you very much. Just be aware that there are a lot of steps everywhere and no accessibility support especially to go to the beach ⛱️

Beautiful all nclusive with the right balance of quality and size + We loved Dreams Cozumel. For a snorkeling vacation, you can't beat being close to the beach with easy water access to an array of tropical fish, some of which I hadn't seen before. But I do caution people to take water shoes! The resort itself is smaller, which we liked and the intimacy of the resort in terms of size; quality of service was excellent. Highly recommend upgrading for the beachfront view. The sunsets were beautiful.

Family get away + Very good time there. A little pushy the sales people trying to get you into a timeshare errr vacation club. Staff very friendly and responsive to needs. Our AC kept leaking water...they promptly tried to fix but issue still remained.

Dreams Cozumel + Clean friendly resort for families with small children. Not walker/wheelchair friendly. Pool very small and often crowded. Swimming at beach area not advisable without watershoes due to rocks and coral in the water close to the beach. Excellent location for bicycle enthusiasts. The beach road is a cycle path around the island.

Relaxing vacation! + Very clean resort. Small resort with restaurants in one area. Stayed in Oceanview suite and it was very clean with comfortable bed. Food was decent with a good variety each day. Some restaurants were not regularly open but we had Preferred pass so we could access Secrets next door. Pizzeria and Bordeaux were excellent. Staff were excellent and very willing to help. Enjoyed the included activities. Beach - I wish we would have known about the rockiness of the beach and water due to coral reef. We had floaties which helped us. Water shoes for next time! Would definitely return for a vacation again!

Amazing!!! + My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The accommodation was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The food was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations at every meal. The quality, presentation, and flavors were outstanding. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, sweet, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel valued and well cared for throughout my stay. The service was excellent in every aspect, and the attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return!

A must go resort! + I highly recommend going to this resort everyone there was so friendly and welcoming! One of the workers, Gerry made the trip a 10/10 to a 100/10 he was kind and could make everyone feel included! When you go look for Gerry and you will feel at home he definitely deserves a raise he was the best employee hands down! I have been to many resorts and this one was the best because of Gerry!!

A resort with a great location, but disappointing service, maintenance issues, and an experience tha + Nothing to highlight − Our experience started poorly from the moment we arrived. The welcome felt disorganized and unfriendly, with little guidance on where to go, no assistance with luggage, and no clear communication during check-in. Despite informing the hotel in advance that we were attending a wedding, staff seemed unaware of the event and several requests were either ignored or handled poorly. We specifically requested a quieter room away from children but were assigned a room overlooking the main family pool. The building's elevator was out of service, requiring us to use the stairs to the fourth floor. What was presented as a temporary issue appeared to have existed for much longer according to staff. Throughout the resort we noticed signs of deferred maintenance, including broken loungers and facilities or areas that were closed during our stay. The all-inclusive exper…

just lovely + second time at a dreams resort, first in cozumel. we really liked the size, not as vast as other all-inclusives. more intimate but still just enough to do. there was usually only one other restaurant other than the buffet open but the food is really good. the rooms were very clean and nice and cool! what you’ve read about the beach is true: it’s quite rocky! but worth it to go out just a little way to snorkel. there was always some chairs available at the pool, though it didn’t seem like the resort was at capacity. the staff are friendly and attentive. there were just enough activities to have fun (zumba and bingo by the pool, magic shows and kareoke at nite). but not crazy loud over the top activities or music. it was really nice. we’d go back!

Great Family Getaway + Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially for families with young children. One of the biggest highlights was the food. For an all-inclusive resort, the quality, variety, and presentation exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of options for different tastes, and the overall dining experience was excellent. This is a fantastic hotel for families traveling with small children. We traveled with a toddler and a baby, and the Explorer’s Club was one of the best parts of our stay. Our toddler absolutely loved it. The club offers a wide variety of activities, the staff was wonderful, and the operating hours were very convenient, giving parents some flexibility while knowing their children were having a great time. The beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water and a gorgeous setting. The only downside is that the shoreline is quite rocky when entering the water, so water shoes are definitely …

Save your money, bad food service + Our family vacation was completely ruined. We paid extra for the premium package expecting access to all amenities, especially since we were travelling with children. Unfortunately, this resort was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Our toilet didn’t work properly. We reported it several times—they would “fix” it for a day or two, then it would stop working again. The food was by far the biggest issue. The selection was extremely limited, both for food and alcohol. Many serving trays and plates sat empty and were not refilled. There was very little fresh fruit, and the quality of the food was poor. My children ended up eating pizza and pasta every day because there were almost no other edible options. Some of the fish was undercooked. What was most shocking was the hygiene. Birds, flies, and other insects were constantly flying over and landing on the food. In the heat, this felt completely …

Save your Money + This experience was by far our WORST all inclusive experience to date. Over 1/2 the resort is closed? You can go to Secrets for meals, but that's adults only. Anyone traveling here with children is EXTREMELY limited on food options. There also isn't a bar or area you can just sit and relax at. The most unfriendly "family friendly" place we have experienced. The service is incredibly slow, plan on them opening 15-30 minutes after they're supposed to at every restaurant and bar. You have 3 people in your room? I hope you can all share one towel. They say they'll bring more later, but that takes a minimum of 3 phone calls (if your phone is working). Your mini fridge is empty? Yep, that's not going to change either. This isn't a staff issue, they were all extremely polite, this is a Dreams/Ownership issue. Literally the only thing that saved this vacation for us with the location of our room. We had a beach front swim out that was lovely. Everything else was a major di…

Please get your act together Hyatt!!! + I have waited quite a while hoping the disappointment would wear off but it hasn’t so here we go…. The good…. Hands down the location and the beautiful beach. Bring water shoes as this resort has lots of coral. Great for snorkeling bad for the feet. Also the wonderful staff that will if at all possible go above and beyond. I will say the renovated room was also very nice but not a lot of time was spent in the room. The Bad…. The one and only pool was so cold nobody was in it. I am not sure if we were there on an off week or something but it was down right freezing even the youngsters didn’t swim. The down right ugly…. The restaurant food situation. Omg!! I can not stress enough how this needs to be addressed before anyone should book this resort! They claim they have all these restaurants but it is a flat out lie.. the buffet is open air and tiny so evening they set up in the parking lot/ reception pull up. It also has communal dining.…
