Fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend but advise to stay away from the timeshare staff. + The villa was very spacious and equipped well. Toiletries were lovely. It was fantastic for our family of 7. We had a lovely view of the pool. − The timeshare staff were pushy and unprofessional.

Excelente opção pra quem quer conforto e dias de descanso durante a viagem + O hotel é ótimo, tem uma infraestrutura enorme, com várias piscinas, academias, mercadinho, programação para crianças e adultos e fica numa ótima localização, perto de lojas, outlet, parques e acesso fácil para qualquer parte da cidade. É um refúgio para quem quer unir descanso com dias de parque e de compras. Outro ponto positivo é que os quartos são grandes, com cozinha, sala e máquina de lavar e de secar roupas, então facilita muito. Com certeza iremos voltar. − O estacionamento é cobrado a parte e achei bem caro, a diária foi $30. Outro ponto negativo é que o restaurante só funciona até 21h15.

Great stay. + Unfortunately we didn't really have time to check out all the facilities but the main pool was great, apartment was clean and spacious, and check in / out was seamless. Would definitely return.

Good stay have stayed many times mostly due to price location and value for what you get. + Pools are great. Resort is beautiful. − The parking fee is a bit steep. Some of the pools could use a facelift. They are beautiful but starting to show their age. I have visited this resort since 2008 numerous times and was never offered any upgrades of any sort.

Perfect + We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Vistana. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get to the major attractions and shopping areas in Orlando. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. We also loved the pools, green areas, and the overall atmosphere of the resort. It feels much more like a vacation resort than a typical hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at Sheraton Vistana again on our next trip to Orlando. Highly recommended! − There was nothing we disliked.

Not optimal + Well maintained landscaping − Construction in buildings all day by the pool , all you hear is chipping guns. First room had a water leak and was super stinky.
