Excelente + El hotel se ve bastante bien, la ubicación es perfecta si el objetivo es realizar compras y visitas a Disney. Hay parada de bus cerca y centro comercial con farmacia, cafés, etc. La habitación muy cómoda, grande. − Lo único que pueden mejorar es que haya más personal que hable español por aquellas situaciones que algunos empleados su inglés es como callejero

Recomendado para pasar una noche tranquila! + Es comodo, limpio, y bien ubicado de bancos, y uno de los principales bancos, y sitios para comer! − El parking es un poco costoso, y el desayuno un poco basico para su precio!

All bit up from bed bugs. + The location was good the hotel was good. The pool was great. And the fact there was a dunkin on site was AMAZING. Thats all i got to share this time. − The fact i wasnt even checked in and the resort rep took me for a fool. Lied to me about a tour that was absolutely not acceptable. They the MAIN ISSUE is that me and my son both got bit up really bad from bed bugs. Even worst because i already had someone reach out via email with an really unacceptable apology. I want at least 1 night refunded to me an a true understanding of the issue.

+ The location was great cause it was close to a lot of different restaurants and stores. Great access to a target if needed walking distance. − The front staff are not great. On the three occasions that I went to the front office for check-in check out and to ask a question staff was very irritated and did not even give you eye contact when communicating with you. It was almost like it was an inconvenience to talk to you. Also, paying almost $15 for hotel breakfast. It’s kind of crazy.
