70percent happy. + The position and cleanliness,price was ok. − It is now 7 days since we checked out and have still not received our $200 bond returned?

Was very good until we got flooded. + The location was perfect for what we needed − It is getting dated and our ground floor apartment got flooded by a water pipe problem from the fourth floor. On our last night we e had to pack up everything and we were moved to the second tower 5th floor. The staff were great. There was no remuneration for this inconvenience though, which was disappointing. Not being a winger.

+ Loved the location − We booked a marina view...not happy palm tree blocking view....water leak from another room not affected ours but multiple door knocking for trades to check.

+ Good location − The first room they gave us the key wouldn't work and apparently had no hot water. We got a nicer room in the end but there was a bit of stuffing around.

The rooms were comfortable and there is so much on offer a short walk + Spacious and well laid out − Key cards to get in. Worked it out eventually.

Very comfortable stay. + View was excellent and the room was comfortable. Internet was patchy though and the streaming TV locked up occasionally which was annoying. − The internet not working well.

Very nice as usual + Loved the room with a spa in the bathroom and direct pool access. I always stay at the Mantra for a couple of nights when I come home to the bay, it is my relax and down time before I catch up with friends and family. − However, the room was the first one right next to reception and very noisy late at night and early in the morning with cleaners and staff arriving and visitors getting home late. Will be requesting one further from the front next time.

My stay was very acceptable given l was there to do whale watching tours without having to travel to the marina. + Position at marina − Room was a tad small and having to shower in a bath with window into main room

Perfect whale-watching getaway + Wonderful location, walk to marina, restaurants and shops.Everything you need for a short stay, comfy king size bed in one bedroom . Great view of whale watching boats coming and going from marina (marina facing room). Outside security parking handy and easily accessible.
