Perfect + Fabulous venue, comfortable ,clean perfect spot staff are great. Breakfast is outstanding. − There’s nothing to dislike about this place. It’s our second time staying there and we would stay there again in a second.

Will not go back, there are better alternatives. + Very convenient location − Did not provide the room that i booked through booking . Com. I specifically requested two beds and was given a king bed. When i asked the duty manager at check in i was told they could not change and that it was Booking. Com fault.

+ Heated pool which was very nice, clean spacious room with a full size refrigerator. Overall a very pleasant stay, my daughter wants to return so we probably will.

Not satisfactory and will not be returning + Close to the wharf for whale watching, but not close to town centre. − Bad smell in the room (probably from flooding) Over deodorized, smell so strong it was making us sneeze and we needed to open the door. Could not use the reverse cycle air conditioning for heating as it is locked on cooling. Very hard bed and even hard, most uncomfortable couch we have ever sat on. Room was facing the main road with a lot of traffic noise. Restaurant and gym was closed (not advised of this when booking)
