+ La habitación es ampli. Camas cómodas, habitación limpia − El aire no enfría, la.ducha esta en mal estado no te puedes bañar comodamente

+ Las habitaciones excelentes − El estacionamiento. No tiene iluminación. Por falta de lámparas es muy oscuro y descuidado. Y el servicio del encargado de abrir y cerrar el estacionamiento es pésimo. Nos dejó esperando aproximadamente como 10 min para abrir el portón.

+ Todo excelente − Al final si tuve que pagar los impuestos , el día que aterrice en Cúcuta fui directo a la frontera a sellar salida de Colombia para al día siguiente solo cruzar e ir directo al aeropuerto, por ello me hicieron pagar los impuestos a pesar de ser extranjero.

+ La ubicación − 1-Toallas y sábanas curtidas y manchadas 2-Aire viejo no enfriaba bien 3- Faltando una hora para el check out comenzaron a tocar la puerta a llamar por el teléfono para apurar nuestra salida. 4-La recepcionista pidió mi taxi para mi traslado y me cobraron más dinero del costo de la carrera y cuando llegó el chófer de dio a ella su comisión en efectivo ( yo lo ví entregárselo ). Una malísima experiencia. Nunca volveré a este sitio. Demasiadas cosas por mejorar.
