+ The staff made the experience the best. Everyone knew my name and were always friendly. I always had a clean room and plenty of water and tea and coffee. Dubai is so clean and the people are all so friendly. I didn’t hear ONE POLICE siren in two weeks stay. No homeless people. No trash everywhere. The USA.could learn many lessons on city planning from their government.

+ I booked this hotel online by accident and when I tried to cancel the reservation within 15 minutes of booking it, they told me that it was a nonrefundable room. So I stayed there. I was under the distinct impression that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but they told me that I had not. The breakfast did not look all that great, though. The room was dirty. I did not sleep well and I wish I had stayed at the Marriott instead.

Great location and value + I loved the location of this hotel, it’s roughly a five minute walk from Kite beach, and its easy to navigate around Dubai from this area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made our early check in a smooth experience. I found our room to be very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.

+ The breakfast does not have variety. The room is cramped. Otherwise service is great, the place is clean and beautiful. It's perfect, peaceful spot for a business traveler

+ Sadly there were building works going on outside opposite the hotel which started early hours which breaks your sleep .. The walk to public beach is few mins away

+ 5 minutes walk to beach, only complaint is my fault,,kinda,,my plane was delayed 1 day arriving i ask to change reservations delay 1 day, they did not, i had to pay for another day, it is on there page ,no refunds, so they did nothing wrong, but it would of been nice to just move my stay checkin/out 1 day later and not have to pay for extra day
