Horrible experience − Disaster. Bad smell in the room. Rude guy in reception pretending to be a girl called ”Radwa” just to find out it was him on whatsapp as a contact person. Did not come up to reception when i Wanted to check in after calling him 7 times. Did not want us taking pics of the hotel. Not like in the pictures. Bad area and bad hotel.

Poor + Location. − Very rude, unpleasant host. They didn't leave any towel, and when we asked, we got completely wet towels. They charge extra for late check-in, and you only get a notification about it later. The deposit they ask for is abnormally large for a low-budget apartment like this one

I'd prefer to sleep under a bridge next time than in that place. + The internet service was good. The AC was working properly. − Almost everything else. The location is close to impossible to find. After arriving at the site (no exact address, no working phone number provided) it took me and the taxi driver about 25 minutes to find the entrance that was on the back of the building and not marked with any sort of a sign. It took over an hour to get a key because the host was running all over the place and the lobby was packed with angry and tired people who couldn't get to their reserved rooms because they weren't ready. The $200 cash-only deposit wasn't mentioned either and became to be an unpleasant surprise. Not too many people are carrying such sums with them anymore. The room was quite dirty and random kitchenware was left by the previous tenants. Towels! The 1st towel after 4 complaints we received at 23:00! We moved in at 15:00 and had no other option but to use our T-shirts. …

Not recommending. + It has washing machine and AC, kitchen was equiped alright, has refrigerator and cooking stove. Has iron and ironing board. We were excused from the deposit due to a very short stay. − There was hidden 100 dirhams deposit in cash. Check-in time is very late and the address is not accurate. It's at the building on the parallel street behind the building. You need to contact receptionist by call or whatsap, so better have the internet before comming. Also it took almost 20min. for receptionist to come to reception and give us the key. TV wasn't set for cable channels. We got only one towel to share with my husband, Blanket had no cover and it was dirty.

I felt bad booking that apartment. I just lost my money for nothing. I regret booking it,Not a good experience in Dubai. + The location is accessible. − The property is so dirty. There are cockroaches. Some of the things were damaged like the chair,the two beds. I almost fell from the chair because I didn't notice that it was damaged!bathroom and the room was not properly cleaned and has a bad smell. I asked for mops and rugs but just promised to give but never given. I cleaned everyday just to make the room convenient for stay.

Poor − Stayed for the second time there and this year the building is full of insects, especially cockroaches. Something was biting me every night and it was just terrible and scary until I called desinsection myself as I had to stay for two months there

We loved swimming at Marina View Towers + I did not like anything because the receptionist did not recognise my reservation number. He relocated me to Marina Tower View in wing − At Marina View Towers, a wing was noisy from the morning 🌄 all day long. Just in front of this place are working in construction.
