Disappointed + Some staff were helpful and happy. However no breakfast offered as advertised. We had to change rooms due to horrendous smell. We’ve been bitten terribly from bed bugs. Such a noisy place with guests and staff shouting and banging around at all hours. Disappointed. Avoid👎🏻

Mosquitoes & Ants in Room + Upon arrival in the room, found mosquitoes. My family & I were immediately bitten by them. Then later in the evening, as we were brushing our teeth, there was a sudden invasion of ants & jumping bugs in the bathroom.

+ Lot of local restaurant, very cheap eat out. Staffs super friendly, 6 minutes to the airport. Fish market and fruits market just 1 block away

+ Customer service needs to be improved. Many staffers were friendly and helpful, but one receptionist was rude to our family. Our room also had several small insects.

+ This hotel is good service they help me loading the luggage in and out but I had problems at night there’s some one knocked my door at 2am I couldn’t sleep i til the service lady what going on she don’t know to answer me

Excellent Location for local foods and street food + Very happy with this hotel. Stay here every time we in Ho Chí Minh city. It is very close to SGN airport and not too far from city center if you have your own scooter. It is not fancy, no pool so the prices are very reasonable…
