空港近くでコスパの良いベトナム風雰囲気最高のホテル + I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Although the building is a bit old, the rooms are clean, spacious, and very well maintained. One thing I really appreciate is that the rooms are free of insects, which is important to me since I’m not comfortable with bugs. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a great variety of fresh salads, tropical fruits, Vietnamese dishes, and many other options. I especially love the pho—it’s one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The room rates are very reasonable, usually ranging from around ¥6,000 to ¥10,000 per night. The Deluxe Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer great value for the price. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. They are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making me feel at home every time I stay here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. − 建物が古い為にトイレも古く使いづらいです 改良をおねがいいたします

Fantastic hotel and outstanding staff + This is my fifth time staying here and it is a fantastic hotel, very traditional yet modern. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is super comfy, lots of amenities in the rooms. Breakfast is a wide choice to suit all tastes. The staff here are very friendly which is what make the hotel outstanding. The bellmen are all fantastic, knowledgeable and welcoming, I don’t know all their names but Mr Long, and all the bellman are great, and the young man who picked me up at the airport was lovely. The front of house team and breakfast staff are lovely, especially Phoung who always remembers me, as do most of the staff. A special thank you to the deputy manager Simon/Quy who booked me in my favourite room without me requesting it! The pool is lovely, the area is authentic and I have no complaints at all .. will be coming back most definitely 😊 − No complaints at all , but we would like to see more sunbeds at the pool, but that’s only cultural as Brits l…

素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテル！コスパ、空港からのアクセスも最高！ + メッセージはとても丁寧で、ホスピタリティに溢れています。 宿泊当日は、無理なお願いにも快く対応いただきました。 ホテルも清潔で、空港からも近いため、とても便利でした。空港の迎え無料サービスもあります！ プールも広く大満足です。 朝ごはんも品数が多かったです。 小さな子供連れの我々に多くのサポートをしてくださり、最高でした。 値段も安く、また泊まりたいです。 − 一点、夜遅くの便で到着し、空港からの迎えサービスをリクエストしました。スタッフがアライバルエリアで出迎えるとのことでした。しかし当日、係員がおらず、3往復し、約10分ほど探しましたが不在でした。 そのため自身でタクシーに乗りました。 ホテルに着きチェックイン後にスタッフから別のエリアにて待っていたとのこと。 この点はもう少しサポートしてほしかったです（何番の柱にいるなど）。 こちらが現地シムが間に合わずホテルに電話できなかったことも、影響しました。

This hotel has potential, but my personal experience was quite unpleasant. + Location was convenient − First floor smelled heavily of durian. Staff entered our room at 07:30 a.m. to conduct a ‘room check’. It was a very scary thing to wake up to. A quick knock and the door was opened immediately. First time to experience this. Pretty dreadful for my sleeping wife especially.

Versleten hotel, acceptabel voor 1 nacht als je niks anders vindt. + De luchthavenshuttle was handig. Je wordt ook de straat overgeholpen naar de overzijde waar het ontbijt mbuffet zich bevindt. Handig omdat het zo druk is. − Bedden zijn heel klein. We boekten voor 4 personen en konden amper bewegen in bed. We moesten ook extra kussens vragen want er waren er maar 2. Leek op een tweepersoonskamer. Zwembad was onaangekondigd gesloten, wat een grote domper was voor onze kinderen. Hotel is in het algemeen aan vernieuwing toe.

+ Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious. − We had to exit the building cross the road to eat breakfast and exit the building and go to the side to swim. There were swimming lessons being given to children making it awkward to swim. The shower adjustment was a complete fail as you had to remove it to use it or it flooded the bathroom.
