Accueil parfait, hotel idéal à Hanoï + Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Aira Boutique Hotel, lors de nos passages à Hanoï. Accueil très agréable, personnel très attentionné et chambres très confortables. La piscine est un plus. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Hanoï. On se sent chez soi à chaque arrivée à l'hôtel.

After travel three weeks of travelling through Vietnam and meeting so many wonderful and welcoming locals, this hotel was perfect to our trip and topped everything. Highly recommended! − The pool was a little small, but very stylish, and it was fantastic to be able to swim above the treetops of Hanoi!

Excellent service and location + We experienced the most excellent service at the Aira Boutique Hotel. The staff here are amazing. Service always comes with a smile, a helpful gesture, and a polite and respectful tone. The hotel was super clean and hygienic. The location is fantastic for exploring all the local sites, including Train Street which is an experience you will not want to miss! − A small thing but the vanity mirror in the bathroom needed more light. Maybe replace it with an internally lit one.

Una gran opcion! + El hotel esta muy bien hubicado, las habitaciones son muy comodas y el restaurante muy bueno!!! Ademas tienen una carta sin gluten muy extensa. Mi hija es celiaca y cuando pedia un plato lo traian con un palillo que ponia sin gluten. Imposible equivocarse! Ademas el personal del redtaurante muy muy amable. A destacar Tony, el dia de regreso a españa me deje mi monedero en un taxi y mas tarde me lo devolvieron al hotel pero yo ya me habia ido. Pues contactaron conmigo y me lo enviaron por correo! Eso es cuidar al huesped incluso cuando ya no esta! Mil gracias! Ademas cogimos con ellos las excursiones de sapa y halong y todo fue perfecto! Volveria sin duda!

Very good boutique hotel in a great location for accessing Hanoi. + Lovely property in a good location. Very friendly and accommodating staff with a superb breakfast each morning. − Property requires a refurbishment as it was looking tired in places particularly the rooms, sky bar and pool areas.

We only stayed 2 nights - would like a have stayed a week. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the + We stayed in a balcony suite which was spacious, soundproof and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect with an easy walk to a multitude of cafes etc. although the best dinner we had was in the hotels own restaurant - a superb authentic north Vietnamese meal with a very friendly and informative waitress. − Nothing

Recomendable + Cerca de todo y un trato excelente del personal, nos dieron un upgrade a una habitación un poco mas grande con lo cual muy contentos. La piscina es pequeña pero perfecta para aliviar un poco el calor. Muy buen desayuno en un planta alta con luz y vistas.
