+ SHORT VESRION: 9.8/10 ⭐ Fantastic hotel in an excellent location, with spacious, clean rooms, good breakfast and everything in the Old Quarter within walking distance. The absolute stars are the staff – incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help with anything you need. Special thanks to Tom for organizing our Ha Long Bay trip and to Charlie for some excellent local food and hidden-gem recommendations. The only real downsides were slightly weak water pressure and unreliable Wi-Fi, which can be an issue if you need a stable connection for work. After 4 nights here, we would absolutely stay again and strongly recommend it! LONG VERSION 😍🔥 We stayed at San Premium Hotel for 2 + 2 nights, with a Ha Long Bay cruise in between, and after four nights here we can comfortably give it a solid 9.8/10. Wonderful staff, always eager to assist with a smile, very respectful. Tom such a kind and customer centric personal + It’s in the centre of everything in Hanoi, clean − There was a bit of a mould smell but that doesn’t take away the fact that the hotel is clean

Greatvplace for a short stay in Hanoi. + Location was excellent so close to everything. Room nice and big. Staff super nice and friendly. Not too noisy even if in the centre of old quarter. Safe area , cheap and quick laundry. − Breakfast didn't have a big variety of international food, mostly Vietnamese. Mattresses are hard but seems ri be the norm here in Vietnam. I prefer nit softer but that's ok.

+ Everything was just perfect. English speaking staff, very attentive and extremely helpful. Room was great with balcony. Comfortable bed and clean. − It would be good if they had some kind of description of the breakfast. Cereals, baked beans and bacon were pretty obvious but not the rest.

+ The entire staff was extremely polite and helpful :) Breakfast is good and diverse. Beds are big and comfortable. Laundry and travel services are available. Location is great in case you prefer living in an old city center − The gym is quite a small room with a couple of treadmills and a couple of exercise machines. The suite size takes the balcony into account, so I guess no-balcony option will be a bit more convenient
