Highly Recommended + I was delighted to be given the same room I had stayed in before. It has been very well maintained—spotless, comfortable, and elegant—and the front desk staff were consistently friendly and attentive.

The only place I stay in Ha Long Bay + This has been my go to place for the past eight years in Ha Long Bay. The view staff the entire facility is amazing.

+ The hotel is a top accomodation. Facilities are very new, stunnishing views to the Halong bay from our room, great breakfast buffet and the staff is really nice and helpfull. I would like to mention how the receptionist Thanh helped us with some bookings not related to the hotel. He really helped us calling to locals to make sure that our next stop was right. We needed to extend one more night at the hotel and the second room was even better than the first one (and we tought that would be almost impossible). Great value for money and fantastic costumer service!!!
