Welcoming and enjoyable! + Great customer service, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly specially Joshua and Boniphaso. Maryness was always talking to customers, getting feedback and solving any questions or inquiries. Japhet and Paulo in the beach lounge area were always attending customer request in a timely manner, they were great and always happy to help. They all were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. They made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! − I like everything.

Bellissima location ed esperienza! Hakuna matata + Spiaggia, mare,!ristorante, tramonti, gentilezza staff. − Camere un po’ vecchie e con una sola presa disponibile per ricaricare smartphone (e pure nascosta dietro un divano). Corrente elettrica non sempre disponibile, problema comune nell’isola, (sostituita da un generatore che però non sempre era sufficiente per alimentare acqua calda e aria condizionata). Buffet abbastanza buono ma piuttosto ripetitivo (mai un pesce che qui è sicuramente meglio della carne, spesso immangiabile ovunque).

+ oltre alla posizione, la scelta che ho fatto di includere anche la cena, si mangia benissimo. − Non è accettabile che mi venga impedito di spostare il lettino al di fuori dell'area d'ombra creata dal ombrellone/gazebo e che venga detto a me che sono cliente e che pago, che se voglio stare al sole, posso mettere il materassino direttamente sulla sabbia e sdraiarmici sopra. Il lettino si può spostare solo lateralmente. Direi che non ci siamo, non funziona così. A marzo dello scorso anno, non c'era questo divieto. Sono già stata diverse volte in questa struttura, ma la novità di quest'anno, mi ha dato parecchio fastidio.

Un séjour juste il exceptionnel grâce au lieu et au personnel. Asante sana + Tout était incroyable !! Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel pour lequel nous sommes totalement tombé amoureux ! Nous reviendrons de sûr au Sunset Kendwa lorsque nous reviendrons à Zanzibar

Indimenticabile + La struttura è pulita,le camere sono semplici ma oltre ad uno specchio intero non manca nulla.Il resort si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia e sono inclusi i lettini(fate attenzione a non lasciare solo i teli perché il personale che si occupa della spiaggia spesso vende i lettini ai turisti che non fanno parte del resort arrotondo i vostri teli e vi tocca discutere con loro).Il cibo è buono ci sono varie cose e l acqua sigillata è sempre inclusa a cena − la sera non c’è intrattenimento di nessun tipo anche la sera del 15 agosto l abbiamo trascorsa come una semplice serata,a noi sarebbe piaciuto semplicemente un po di musica dal viso di sottofondo ma niente.

Хубав ,но малко стар хотел на най - хубавия плаж в Занзибар. + Имам много смесени чувства към този хотел.Отвън всичко е прекрасно - плажът,ресторантът,баровете и градината. Закуската е доста семпла ,докато вечерята е на ниво.Стаите са просторни ,баните се наскоро ремонтирани.Цените на нощувките са доста разумни. − Стаите обаче имат забележки.На моменти има хлебарки ,поради което персонала всяка вечер пръска с отрова ,която гостите дишат.Климатикът работи избирателно-направо го спират от бушона (най-вече през деня) .Тръгне ли обаче шума от него е невъобразим. Персонала в ресторанта е мега хаотичен. От 20 човека може би има трима адекватни.

Vacanza super + Tutto perfetto, cibo, staff, pulizia, spazi, spiaggia. Non cercate altrove, inutile spendere di più. Questo hotel è perfetto − La maleducazione dei clienti che lasciano spazzatura in giro e rispettano poco il personale. Non tutti ovviamente. Ma quei pochi bastano…

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt + Es hat von A-Z alles gepasst. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und gepflegt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und auch die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich mit grosser Auswahl und zudem noch lecker. Die Preis-Leistung war 👍 gut. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass alles so gut war. Ich kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. − Check-out bis 11:00h
