+ La posizione,tutto il personale educato e gentile,servizio in spiaggia per quanto riguarda anche cibo e bevande gradevole a tutte le ore − Poca scelta nel menù se hai la mezza pensione perché ti limitano a scegliere solo un antipasto e un secondo piatto a scelta,.la colazione scarsa, La piscina che viene mostrata nelle foto di alcuni siti non è reale. Prezzi servizi centro estetico cari,costa meno a Milano

Consigliatissimo + Incantevole spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca, dotata di lettini comodi e sempre puliti. Le camere sono ampie, luminose e curate nei minimi dettagli; menzione speciale per quelle con piscina privata, davvero stupende. La colazione è molto varia e di qualità. Il servizio al bar e al ristorante può risultare un po’ lento, ma d’altronde siamo in Africa e il motto locale 'pole pole' invita a prendersela con calma. Un plauso particolare alla SPA: i massaggi sono stati spettacolari e hanno entusiasmato tutto il nostro gruppo.

+ J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel la nourriture et les boissons qui étaient abordable et aussi les animations le fait que l'hôtel soit protégé par des personnes qui empêche des vendeurs à la sauvette de venir de vous déranger et très belle plage ou on peut se baigner tranquillement, la chambre qui était aussi très grande et propre avec climatisation aussi. − La réception n'est pas au niveau pas assez accueillant et pour le reste du personnel c'était plutôt bien.

+ Staff gentile e disponibile, spiaggia molto bella con molti lettini e ombrelloni. Menù del ristorante vario con prezzi onesti. Beach boys un po' fastidiosi lungo la spiaggia, ma la security non gli permette di arrivare fino agli ombrelloni.

+ The WiFi is solid and the waiting staff is friendly. Security is great and you feel very safe. The spa is okay and the laundry is good value. The room is spacious. − The dinner was quite slow. We had ordered some sushi fries and a burger. The fries arrived 20 minutes before any of the sushi or the remainder of the food arrived. The rest of the food also arrived quite slowly. There was a lot of wasted food at breakfast on the tables from a lot of guests picking up a lot excess food. Could do with some signs up to discourage this behaviour. The room was spacious however it was very loud due to the mesh across the wardrobe and bathroom “windows” without any glass. There also was not long enough curtains to close against the window which let in a lot of light.

Decepcionante + El restaurante y la zona de puffs − Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de la estancia y la importancia del viaje que teníamos programado. Llegamos el sábado por la tarde y avisamos en recepción de que el domingo a las 3:00 de la mañana teníamos un safari de un día, una actividad por la que habíamos pagado 1.100 € y que era una experiencia única para nosotros. Aun así, nada se gestionó de manera adecuada para facilitar nuestro descanso. Al llegar, nos informaron de que la cocina cerraba a las 15:30, pero cuando fuimos a comer a las 15:05, nos dijeron que ya estaba cerrada y que solo podían ofrecer hamburguesas y pizzas. Después de comer, intentamos descansar para poder madrugar. Sobre las 21:00, un empleado del hotel llamó a nuestra puerta y entró con permiso, pero de manera muy insistente, buscando una plancha que, además, no estaba en la habitación. Soggiorno perfetto su una delle spiagge più belle di Kendwa + La bellezza della struttura, la posizione su una delle spiagge più belle. Comodità della spiaggia, buon ristorante e possibilità di gestire la formula “mezza pensione” in base alle proprie necessità tramite l’utilizzo di voucher giornalieri. Camera bellissima e confortevole. Sorveglianza della spiaggia tutto il giorno e gentilezza dello staff, in particolare Said alla reception e Mary al ristorante! − Letto e cuscini non comodissimi e purtroppo lentezza nel servizio specialmente al ristorante / bar

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kendwa Rocks Hotel. Everything was fantastic from start to finish, and we are very happy with our experience. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Mariam, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available whenever we needed anything and made us feel very well looked after. We would definitely recommend Kendwa Rocks to anyone visiting Zanzibar. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back in the future. 10/10! ❤️

For me the best Hotel in kendwa… no doubts + Position, beach, always possibile to swim, amazing sunset, security at the beach, staff and client management in general, food at the restaurant, swimming pool, cleanliness − Beach umbrella very close to each other, options @ breakfast, waiting time at the restaurant

− Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach hotel! We had a great time at Kendwa Rocks Hotel. The location and beach are amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back again!
