− كنت ابي غرفه فيها بلكونه نفس اول اقامه لي ، قال لي موظف الاستقبال زحمه والسبت بنوفر لك غرفه وقعدت اسبوع محد وفرها لي ولاحد كلمني يبلغني اذا توفرت او لا ، خدمة التنظيف جدا سيئه ومايوفرون معدات الغرفه من فوط وسليبرات الا بالاتصال لازم اتصل لهم واقول لهم ويتأخرون كثير ، الفرش مب نظيف ابدا وتحت السرير فيه ورد صار له يمكن سنه ، علما باني كلمت موظف الاستقبال وشكيت له بالوضع قال لي ابشر ولا شفت شي تغير .اقامتي اول مره كانت جدا مريحه علشان جذي حجزت اسبوع لاني واثق لكن للاسف .. وغير هذا ازعاج الممرات واصوات الشارع في الغرف .. لاتوجد خصوصيه ف الغرف من ناحية الصوت يعني الي في الممر يسمع كلام الي ف الغرف

كانت الإقامة جيدة بسبب موقع الفندق المطل على الحزام + الموقع جميل الموظفين تعاملهم ممتاز بالذات السعوديين − الأثاث قديم غير مجدد وكذلك سجاد الغرفه متسخ نظافة الأكواب والغلايه غير جيدة
