+ كانت اقامة مريحة هادئه والموظفات فايزة المالكي و ومريم العسيري قمة في الذوق وبشاشة الوجه وحسن التعامل شكرا على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة والخدمة الممتازة

+ اعجبني موقع الفندق وتعامل جميع الطاقم والجو العالم والخدمات والبوفيه ( الإفطار ) ربما يحتاج بعض التحديثات فيما يتعلق بسجاد الارضيات وتجديدها وكذلك تجديد اقمشة الكنب والاهتمام اكثر بجودة ارسال الواي فاي . هذه السنة لم يكن المطل مفتوحا مثل السنوات الماضية علما ان الطاقم متعاون جدا في هذا الامر ويقوم بفتح المطل عند الطلب منهم . ايضا لم يكن هناك كراسي في المطل مثل الاعوام السابقة . كانت الجلسة هناك جميلة وومتعمة خاصة وقت المساء والليل . هذه السنة السادسة لي في بلو ان واتمنى ان اجد تحديثات ملموسة في السنة القادمة إن شاء الله . الطاقم جدا متعاون ومرحب في جميع الاقسام . اشكرهم ع الروح العالية والتعاون الكبير والترحيب الجميل .. بشكل عام انا مرتاح جدا للفندق وموقعه المميز بوسط البلد وطاقمه وخدماته واتمنى الأفضل والتحديث المستمر ..
