Great hotel. Been back a few times. + Brilliant location, nice area, lots of great eating places close by, coffee shops galore, and best burger joint opposite the hotel (Nava Burger). − No proper steam room and sauna facilities.

+ Nothing − سوء استقبال الموظفين وسوء تعاملهم التأخير لوقت طويل في الرد على هاتف الاستقبال ايقاف خدمة ايقاف السيارات مساءاً دون توضيح مسبق و مكان مواقف السيارات غير واضح يوجد خرير ماء في الغرفة وتم تبديل الغرفة لنوع غرفة اصغر الانتظار لفترة طويلة عند تسجيل الدخول رغم الوصول الساعة 7:30 مساءاً تم توفير ضيافة الغرفة من الفاكهة و الكاكاو بعد طلب منا رغم توفيره لغرفة اخرى بدون طلب منهم! الموظف يتفضل علينا بصحن الفاكهة والضيافة كل ماتم طلب اي شيء منهم كأنه دافع قيمته من جيبه!! جربنا اكثر من 15 فندق في الخبر وكانت هذي اسوأ تجربه سيتم توصيه جميع الاهل والاصدقاء بتجنب الاقامة في الفندق ان شاءالله

موقع الفندق هو الجيد فقط + الموقع فقط − 1- بخصوص الغرفه كانت فرشة السرير مقسمة الى فرشتين علماً الجناح كينج مزدوج للسرير 2- دورة المياه كانت في نصف الغرفه والباب يفتح امام السرير 3- المسبح لا يصلح للاطفال لانه مكان لاونج ورائحة الشيشه مليانه بالمكان 4- المواقف السفليه مغلقه ويوجد مواقف بجانب الفندق تابعه له 5- موظفة الاستقبال تتعامل ببطئ جداً
