جميله في مجملها ورجل الامن الي في مدخل الفندق زاد الجمال جمال + رجل الامن بصراحه واستقباله وابتسامته وتفانيه في عمله بالامانه وكلمه حق تقال في حقه شكرا من القلب من اسباب تقييمي العالي بسبب هذا الشخص − الاناره كان بالامكان افضل مما كان .

لا استيطع لان الجو حار ورطوبه عاليه وقت الاقامه لا اريد ان أظلمكم + الخدمات ومقدمي الخدمه − ما وفرو لي الغرفتين بجوار بعض مع العلم اني اتصلت وبلغتهم بضرورة تجاور الغرفتين وتجاوبي معي ولاكن⁉️ بعد حضوري لم يكن من بلغني بوجود ها

+ كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة جدًا ومريحة، والأجواء هادئة والمكان مرتب والخدمة بشكل عام كانت رائعة. أعجبني حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي من الموظفين وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء. − للأسف، الملاحظة الوحيدة على الإقامة كانت بخصوص تنظيف الغرف، حيث لم يكن بالمستوى المرضي في بعض الأيام ومن بعض الموظفين، وأتمنى الاهتمام بهذه النقطة أكثر. وفي المقابل، يوجد موظف واحد للأسف لا أعرف اسمه، لكن كان واضح جدًا حرصه على العمل، ينظف من قلب ويهتم بأدق التفاصيل، ويترك الغرفة مرتبة ونظيفة بشكل يشرح الصدر. أتمنى معرفة اسمه وشكره، لأنه فعلًا يستحق الإشادة والتقدير.
