Pleasant + Staff very helpful and friendly. Thought paying deposit for towels was unnecessary.Furniture was dated , hotel very clean − Paying refundable deposit for towels

Avoid to book this hotel, very Expensive for no quality and bad staff . + Very well located, 15 mns walk from center − Staff which is not polite, ignoring the client. Breakfast is awful , not worth it 2 **, it is all industrial, very bad taste.

Un moment sympathique mais hotel un peu dans son jus + La piscine et l'emplacement sont très bien − La chambre était un peu rustre. Le robinet de la salle de bain fonctionnait mal et une odeur désagréable remontait des canalisations.

Leider eher enttäuschend + Das Personal war nett, und der Swimming-Pool sauber. Zum Glück waren die Betten bequem, sodass man einigermassen gut schlafen konnte. − Die Zimmer sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, d.h. die Möbel sind stark abgewohnt, hauptsächlich im Bad. Auch die Klimaanlage war eher schwach. Das Frühstück würde ich als mittelmässig bezeichnen, geschmacklich nicht besonders gut. Und auch die Auswahl war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Da es sich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt, würde ich definitiv einen Stern abziehen.

Bella cosa sorrida con giardino e vista sul mare + E’ molto bella. Ha due piscine ed un bel giardino. Sembra una vecchia casa colonica. Bella − Ha molte scale e non ha ascensori. Se hai valige grosse pesanti alcune stanze non sono facili da raggiungere.

+ J ai bien aimé l emplacement au centre de Funchal. L hôtel est proche des activités touristiques et également du centre commercial. − Je n ai pas aimé les rideaux pas assez occultant.

Relajación , todo a mano ( supermercado , bares etc + Me gusto todo − Me hubiera gustado que el desayuno lo sirvieran antes , salimos a dos excursiones y no pudimos desayunar en el hotel

This really should be 5 star! + I cannot say enough good things about this place. It just has a warm friendly feeling. Yes, the rooms a touch dated but the care and attention far outway that! This is my absolute favorite hotel in Madeira. From check in to breakfast to the pool attendants - just amazing! Thank you for making my time in Madeira so memorable.
