Extremely disappointing stay, poor facilities, outdated rooms, and absolutely not worth the price. + Nothing − This hotel was huge disappointment and offered no value for money. The rooms and furniture looked like they had not been renovated for decades, everything felt old, tired and poorly maintained. If the hotel advertises a gym, guests naturally expect a functional fitness facility. What I found was almost unbelievable. It was so poorly equipped that it was practically unusable. It was one of the most disappointing hotel gyms I have ever come across. it completely failed my expectations. To make matters worse, the swimming pool closes very early, so we were unable to use it after returning from our activities. Facilities that are advertised should be reasonably accessible to guests. Overall, I genuinely feel I wasted my money. The hotel falls far short of what it charges, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or good value.

An extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay—being awakened by explosive-level noise at 3 AM completely ruined my ni + The location and the overall potential of the property. Unfortunately, the positive aspects were overshadowed by the poor condition and extremely disturbing experience. − Very poor building and room maintenance; the hotel seriously needs renovation. Breakfast was disappointing and Wi-Fi was unreliable. Most importantly, at around 3:00 AM on Sunday, extremely loud sounds resembling gunshots and explosions suddenly woke me up. It was frightening and completely unacceptable. Reception later said it was due to a car show/event nearby. Guests should not be subjected to this level of noise in the middle of the night.

+ Room roof was too old paint damaged due to some damp, bathroom flush system was outdated with having loud sounds till after 10min of flushing. Basin tap was old and loose from the bottam.

A superbly located hotel, but a disappointing and run‑down stay that fell far below Avari standards. + Beach Luxury Hotel enjoys a truly superb location, but unfortunately the property itself feels noticeably run down. While the waterfront setting is beautiful and full of potential, the overall room comfort, furnishings, and amenities fall far short of what one would expect — especially from a hotel operating under the Avari brand. The rooms require a significant upgrade: dated interiors, worn-out fixtures, and limited modern conveniences make the stay feel below standard. General maintenance across the property also appears overdue, which affects the guest experience from check‑in to checkout. Given these conditions, it does not meet the quality or service benchmarks typically associated with Avari Hotels. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel undergoes a comprehensive renovation and brings its facilities, rooms, and guest services up to contemporary expectations.…
