+ I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff, especially Sharif. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and kindly upgraded our room, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. Home away from home. + I liked the over all atmosphere of the hotel and the staff especially the Front Office Manager and his team they traveled the extra mile on there ways to help and assist me and make my stay feel like home away from home. I would have liked to name all the staff who helped me but I am afraid to miss anyone of them so I will just say the front office team, room service, house keeping and also the staff at the Pakistani restaurant, Chinese restaurant and Marco Polo restaurant. It was my first visit to PC Karachi but will never be the last. − What I did not like has nothing to do with PC but with booking.com. there was some how a duplicate reservation made on my name. Arrival date was the same but one was for a single room for one night and the other was for double room for 3 nights. The first reservation was wrong and I had to pay one night extra for no show of the single bedroom reservation. Booking.com should have a system to check on such thing to not to put the…

Sobia, Nazia, Iftikhar, Albert, Maqsood bhai, Ayman, Sharif and Sherjil/Sherdill are assets for PC who deserve appre + Staff is the main reason i like this property. H2H staff Sobia and Nazia, they go above and beyond and they definitely deserve appreciation. Front desk Ayman and Sharif were really helpful to make the check in and out process fast and really professional. Another front desk gentleman name Sherjill or Sherdill, i am sorry for not typing name correctly, i never had a interaction with him, but i seen his efforts to accommodate guests while guests were disrespecting and getting loud with him, he still handled the situation very professionally, i am a Regional Manager at the hospitality business in NC, USA, and i manage multiple properties and handle roughly about 700 rooms on daily basis , but the kind of professionalism this guys Sherjill/Sherdill provided, really surprised me, good job. + The reception desk was very cooperative. Mr Vimal was very helpful, courteious and informative. − The bathroom was a bit small, old fashioned WCs. Swimming pool had people roaming around who were not swinmers and just visited to make photos and videos, not acceptable in our culture. But after my complaint staff took actions.

Excellent service but hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Also better care for food inspection at the steakhouse. As + The staff and workers very nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. − Outdated, needs renovations. Rooms were very humid. Also got food poisoning from the steakhouse. Which ruined my entire trip.
