جميله جدا + الموقع − دورة المياه تم تعديلها ولكن بطريقه لا تليق بفندق خمس نجوم . ايضاً من غير المعقول ان يرفض موظف الاستقبال توصيل الأطعمه اللتي احضرها مندوب التوصيل او عدم السماح له بالصعود واجبار المقيم بالنزول الى الاستقبال لاستلام طلبه

Good + The staff and their attitude and how they are helpful and respectful, and the caffe in the lobby, they were amazing with their smiles − The staff are amazing however, the AC problem all over the rooms was a disaster, and the cleanness of the console between the room were all dusty and ive noticed the sealing , the area between the AC and the middle gypsum had mold and we did not have towel robs for the shower. And no tissue in the room.

+ Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is super connected to the mall. Easy to check in and check out. − I have booked the room for 3 adults but toiletries and towels were left only for two. Hair dryer was included but couldn't find one. Breakfast was average, everyday same options, breakfast saloon was not cold enough.

استثنائي + الفندق رائع جداً ومساحة الغرف واسعة ونظيفة والسرير مرتب والوسادة مريحة جداً كان لدينا مناسبه في نفس الفندق لذلك قمنا بالإقامة فيه , انتهت المناسبه في وقت متأخر من الليل وسمحت لنا الإدارة بالتسجيل الخروج المتأخر وعدم الإزعاج لليوم التالي لراحتنا واقدر هالشيئ جداً منهم . قريب جداً من مول عمان وأغلب الأماكن السياحية في مسقط و يربطه بمول وبالقرب منه ايضاً مول آخر
