Good stay. + My friend and I had a good 3 night stay at this hotel as a stopover. Check in was quick and you were informed of the amenities available to you. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was ok, however my food allergies were not catered for. The staff was attentive to our needs and nothing was not too much trouble. The spa area is lovely and we enjoyed the facilities. It has a steam room, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The view from the roof top is lovely. From the hotel is a short walk to a large mall with a supermarket which was a bonus and there are lots of restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

Good city location + Good location for trips outside of Muscat. Near malls and restaurants. Hotel lives up to its 4 star rating. Breakfast has adequate variety. Hotel advertises being sustainable but it could do a lot more, like provide refillable soap, etc dispensers instead of supplying small ones everyday.

Impressive family rooms and good sunset views + As a family of 3, we were allocated a suite including 2 televisions, a sofa, 4 person table plus 2 desks and several more arm chairs. There was also a display cabinet in the master bedroom. It was the most impressive (or excessive!) space that we have ever stayed in, the only downside was that we were only at the hotel for one night and had to be at the airport early for our flight so we could not take full advantage of the room or many of the other hotel facilities. We went to the roof top area for sunset and we used the pool with our 6 year son, which only had one other person swimming in it. We also walked to the mall (with Ikea) which is about 10 minutes walk to eat in the evening. The pedestrian access is through the car park which you reach first from the hotel, not the way Google Maps tries to take you as we unfortunately found out!

Excellent Stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel Muscat + We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Muscat. Everything was perfectly organized and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Johnny, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 5* hotel, I would definitely recommend + Great experience, the hotel manager (wore a suit), i did not get his name was helpful, courteous and observant, always checking guests needs were met. Samson, was great and attentive both in the resturant and in the swimming pool bar, explaining how the coconut here was good for coconut water, and did not at this stage have a hard shell. Johny was attentive during breakfast. Breatfast was a feast to look forward to, before they closed breakfast, they would go round to each and every table informing guests, they were about to close, so grab your last orders. All staff, were really helpdul and ensured all your needs were met, truely a 5* hotel. From the couteous chamber maids (who did an excellent job in rooms) to the friendly helpful reception staff, to the swimming pool attendants ( who met you with a smile and asked ifbyiu wanted a towel) and the all waiters and staff in the resturant.

Amazing experience + The hotel was such an amazing stay! The rooms are so clean!! Breakfast was delicious, Johnny served us breakfast every morning and he was absolutely amazing and helped us out a lot.

Great Hotel Ambience and hospitality + Room service is great, buffet breakfast has a wild variety of foods. Food services were fast and clean especially resaturant server Jhonny. He is friendly and welcoming.

Good value of money, nice hotel to stay in for a short visit to Muscat + Hotel is nice, staff very helpful and friendly especially Johnny from restaurant and mamun from frondesk. Hôtel is ideally located close to the airport but also all the main attractions.

Great + Great hotel with a good breakfast, conveniently located. Only downside was it took an hour to check in even though I paid for a full nights rate we got to hotel at 6am and they gave us our room at 7am. Apart from that we had a fabulous stay.

Few days in Muscat + Spent a few days in this hotel which has everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant stay. The rooftop pool is comfortable with enough sunbeds and a small bar there to serve us. Breakfast is with what you need to get some energy before starting the day. Jhonny is also there to look after your well-being and help you start the day with joy. The room is spacious and comfortable; however, a musty, moldy smell bothered us throughout the stay despite our requests at the reception. It’s a pity that the fitness room isn’t open 24/7 — after sightseeing, the pool, and dinner, I didn’t have time to try it before it closed at 10 p.m. The reception welcome is fine. It’s pleasant to stay in the lobby, and there are even dates and coffee available during the day. The hotel is well located for visiting the various sites of Muscat, with a few parking spaces right in front of the hotel for those with a car.

Calm and clean + I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While the breakfast variety could be slightly improved—especially considering the local climate and the availability of dates—the overall quality was very good. I would gladly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
