Very good place to stay for a weekend away. Great location and amazing breakfast. + The room was very comfy and had all that we needed. There were a couple of issues (a blocked sink and noisy fan) but the staff got onto it quickly. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of food, and great choices. − We didn't have any view out of our room which I didn't like. And staff were friendly, except for the lady on the desk when we first arrived who didn't bother to look up from the computer for at least a minute to greet us.

+ The location is good, central to the city and easily accessible by public transportation. You can walk around with ease. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is great with a lot of healthy options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. − A bottle of water can be handy. Disposable toothbrush and toothpaste would also be nice (my husband forgot his toothbrush and had to go out to get one). Other tea bags options would be great too.

Overall, great stay, definitely recommend, we were there for 5 nights 👍 + Great stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy, which is always a big plus. The location was perfect for us, with everything centrally located and within easy walking distance. Te Papa Museum was only about a 5-minute walk away, which was fantastic. It was also great having an in-house restaurant and bar, which we made good use of most nights. The big screen was an added bonus, allowing us to relax with a drink and watch the sports. − One small thing to mention was the air conditioning as this didnt seem to be functioning correctly. We found the room quite warm at times and it was a little difficult to get comfortable. I didn’t raise it with the hotel during our stay as it wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be something worth having checked or looked at.
