Good experience + Overall a great trip. There were instances where the staff wasn’t always helpful, but that was few and far between. Room was great, though our jacuzzi was dirty. We wish the beech was better, but we had actually booked here because of wanting all the pool access, which was best at the hideaway pool with great bartenders and service.

Great time + Our daily breakfast with Eduardo and Juan was an amazing. They took care of us in every way and we liked him so much- We asked for them every day. Such a fun experience. Lived the resort and the food.

Good, but not great + Our first visit to a Royalton All-Inclusive Resort was a good experience overall. Cesar and Jose at the Hideaway pool truly made our trip, they were amazing! Every morning they helped us find chairs, even with people trying to reserve them when they weren’t supposed to. On our last day, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a poolside Bali bed! Manuel at Zen was also a standout. Hands down the best waiter we had all week. The food throughout the week was good, though not exceptional. Booking dinner reservations was super easy using the app, no butler or Diamond club needed. We were able to secure reservations for the entire week with plenty of options. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area had a fun party atmosphere starting around 2:00–3:00 PM each day, but outside of that, the resort felt very relaxing. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Ricardo is the best!!!! Ask for him! + Ricardo is an absolute JOY. He’s been so amazing and has gone above and beyond for us! We ran out of baby wipes and he went to the pharmacy to get us more! Made all our reservations and set us up with a cabana everyday! Highly recommend getting in contact with him if you come here !!!

AARON at the hideaway pool is the BEST! + Aaron at the pool bar during the week - was absolutely wonderful! Including all of the bartenders and wait staff! Ana was also wonderful! The attentiveness, the dedication, and the personalized service was excellent. He made our week very memorable!

Integral, cuidado de lujo y variedad + Mi habitación era espectacular y el jacuzzi, fue lo mejor, la comida variada en el buffet no pude ir a los restaurantes porque la aplicación no me permitía, estuve 2 noches − como esta en la zona de manglares, es dificil salir del resort y conocer la ciudad de Cancún y los taxis para salir son solo del hotel y son extremadamente caros

+ ⸻ My Honest Experience — Beautiful Resort, But Several Areas Need Improvement I waited to write this review because I wanted to take my time and provide a fair and detailed account of my experience. Upon arrival, the hotel was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The property itself was very well maintained, and there were definitely aspects of my stay that I appreciated. However, there were also several issues that I believe are important for future guests to be aware of. First, I booked this property because it was advertised as an adults-only resort. To my surprise, there were quite a few families and children present when I arrived. This was unexpected and somewhat disappointing, as the adults-only atmosphere was one of the reasons I chose the property in the first place. After traveling and arriving exhausted, I was also informed that my room would not be ready until 3:00 PM. It was already around 1:00 PM, and the temperature was close to 90 degrees, so waiting wa…
