Exceptional + We had an amazing stay at Nomade Holbox. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly matches the island vibe. A special thank you to Dana, who made our experience even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and positive energy truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

Cant wait to be back + I can't believe im about to say this about a place that doesn't sell Coca cola, but what an incredible hotel! I'm dying to go back and stay in the beachfront rooms the nex time.The beach was amazing, the outdoor shower was spectacular, the beds were so comfy, and the food was delicious. I don't have a single complaint, except for the Coke thing which ok, I get the wellness thing and all. The variety of complimentary classes they offer is incredible, I can't wait to go back and try them all. The included breakfast was also toptier with the daily shot. Huge thanks to Dana, Naomi, Dani, Victor, Francisco, Naom with his delicious passion fruit spicy margarita, and Angus and the rest of the team for being so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Staff definitely made our stay even better. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place to relax and unwind. + We had a lovely time relaxing by the beach, seeing some local wildlife and having a little swim and some yoga. The food was also excellent, and the service was perfect.

Overpriced Camping. + Employees were all very friendly and welcoming. The treehouse was disappointing. The whole room smelt disgusting like poop everytime we flushed the toilet - even though we were just peeing... The Bathroom is very narrow and small, making me wonder how this can be really cleandes. It also does not have windows, instead it has a insect net instead of a window and wall. This made the room very tropical hot and moist and the noise level higher, so you were able to hear the ocean waves, birds as well as other couples moaning... Towels and the bathrobe were dirty with stains on them. Also I did not dare to use the linen napkins at the restaurant since they looked worn down. The cushion on the rooftop is infested with black mold since it’s unprotected and constantly gets rained on. So we didn’t spend much time on the Rooftop even though we initially booked the beachfront treehouse just for that. The wooden walls of the room were dusty. And the room was missing a se…

+ L’établissement est très joli en apparence et bénéficie d’un cadre agréable, mais malheureusement, il est loin d’être pratique au quotidien. Les toilettes et les douches étant situées à l’extérieur, cela devient particulièrement contraignant, surtout lorsque nous sommes en période humide. De plus, les nombreux moustiques rendent les déplacements à l’extérieur vraiment désagréables et viennent malheureusement gâcher une partie de l’expérience. Je trouve également que les tarifs sont particulièrement élevés au regard du confort et des prestations proposées. Pour ce niveau de prix, on s’attendrait à davantage de confort et de praticité. En résumé : un très bel établissement visuellement, mais l’expérience pourrait être nettement améliorée sur le plan du confort et des équipements. − Au bord de mère donc chouette d’observer le coucher de soleil

Struttura non a livello delle aspettative + Tramonto (anche se è comunque ben visibile dalle spiagge libere, bar e strutture alberghiere limitrofi) − - CAMERA: eccessiva presenza di ZANZARE nel bagno situato all’esterno e quindi alcune inevitabilmente entravano in camera, RUMORE notturno vista l’estrema vicinanza alla strada esterna, VISIBILITÀ ASSENTE negli orari serali vista la minima illuminazione presente - ROOM service: ho dovuto chiedere di pulire la camera per il 2º giorno del mio pernottamento, non sono stati riempiti nè i dispenser del bagnoschiuma e neanche le bottiglie d’acqua che erano comprese nel pernottamento - COLAZIONE: limitata e medesima scelta per entrambe le mattine - MOSCHE presenti in elevata quantità sia a colazione che sui lettini della spiaggia, che rendevano quindi non piacevole la permanenza - ASSENZA della palestra - la probabile disinfestazione antizanzare (FUMO INVADENTE IL BAGNO ESTERNO E LA CAMERA) non ci è stata comunicata ed è avvenuta durante il ta…
