Ruhiges und sehr schönes Hotel + Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel etwas abseits vom Trubel von Holbox, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand und auch Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, gepflegt und die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt. Man kann hier gut abschalten und die Insel genießen. Das Einzige, was noch perfekt wäre, sind vom Hotel gestellte Fahrräder, da diese auf Holbox sehr praktisch sind, um sich fortzubewegen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel definitiv empfehlen. ⭐

Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. + I had a pleasant stay. The interior is thoughtfully designed and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and filled with natural light, which made it very comfortable to relax in. Communication was smooth and efficient throughout the stay. The location is also a great advantage — while it’s a bit further from the city center, it offers a peaceful and quiet environment. − Everything was great.

Scam, disappointing. − Scam, disappointing. We chose the most expensive room (the “Deluxe King Suite”) because of the views shown in the photos. Upon arrival, we discovered there was construction directly outside the window, leaving us with no view at all. Instead, there were workers right outside, which also meant we had no privacy, forcing us to keep the blinds down the entire time. In short, we paid for the most expensive room expecting great views, and ended up with no natural light, no views, and no privacy. I explained the situation to the owner/manager, but she refused to offer any refund, even when we asked to switch to a different (and cheaper) room without views.

Très chouette séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers ! + La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le bel espace douche et le confort du lit. Nous avions également reçu un message à notre arrivée avec des recommandations d'endroits à tester sur l'île, ce qui nous a été bien utile pendant notre séjour ! − Le bruit provenant de la rue, même si cela se calmait au moment d'aller dormir.

Super chambre mais beaucoup de bruit et accès difficile cause pluie + La chambre ! Très belle et agencée, même si on a pas réussi à faire fonctionner le ventilateur (la Clim marchait) − L’eau qui empêchait l’accès au logement, même les taxis refusaient d’aller jusque-là, il a fallu mettre les pieds dans l’eau et ce n’était pas prévenu à l’avance. Le bruit des quads jusque tard dans la nuit. Le fait que l’établissement refuse un remboursement partiel malgré le fait qu’on ne soit restés qu’une nuit sur 2 et qu’on ait du payer une autre nuit ailleurs, à cause du bruit empêchant de dormir.. de plus, il y avait les lumières dans le couloir qu’on a pas pu éteindre et qui filtraient la lumière dans l’appartement, toute la nuit. On an mis 4 parce que la chambre est vraiment sympa autrement, mais il n’y a pas eu de geste compréhensif de la part de l’établissement, sur le fait qu’on ait pas pu dormir. Bonne continuation néanmoins ! Si vous n’êtes pas sensibles des oreilles, et n’avez pas peur…
