Beautiful property and great staff + I really enjoyed the pool and the location. The staff was super friendly and enjoyable. The breakfast was great − The pool was a bit dirty but not the fault of the hotel, just leafs from the trees above it

We stayed for 5 nights and were very satisfied except for the fact that the hotel didn't have an elevator. Our room + The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. − There is no elevator, and the stairs are very high, so anyone with leg problems should consider this before booking a room here.

+ Nice little pool with some shady spots and lounge chairs. Rooms were a decent size for a short stay. Breakfast had some a la carte and buffet options. Decent location, walking distance to many attractions in the city. − The pool was showing many signs of wear - tiles were falling off and left loose on the pool deck. It was the main reason I changed to another hotel.

Not good!! + Nothing !! − Room smelt of smoke, entrance door to room has frosted glass top panel so light shine in room. Bathroom not clean and toilet roll holder all broken and hanging off. Booked a garden view and got a 3rd floor room.overlooking an old tin roof.

Could be fantastic, but needs investment and renovation. + The staff are lovely. The breakfast I thought was good. The bed was comfortable and rooms kept clean. The pool was welcoming and the boutique is a good base with which to explore the area. The transport to the airport was good value and quick, which some good music played along the way. − Bathroom was dated and the toilet seat didn't fit the bow. TV reception was awful, if you could get any reception at all. Wifi needs upgrading or some additional repeaters placing around the complex; the signal generally was weak at all times and dropped quite frequently. I had 8 visitors in total to my room: 4 lizards and 4 cockroaches. I'm pretty sure I know how they got in, but the rooms should be secure enough not to allow visitors in the night.
