Very good + Great size rooms and very clean. Excellent staff too. − If I was being picky, the location could be better - it’s a decent hotel though, if you are ok with the price bracket.

Very neat and tidy hotel but really shipped on the small stuff + Clean and big − Breakfast was not that good had only 6 items off a menu to choose from and only one very small cup of coffee if you wanted more it will cost you more

Excellent place to stay! + Really spacious one bedroom apartment, well furnished and very clean. The breakfast was good with a choice of Western and Asian food. The cafe also offers evening meals but best was a sundowner watching the sunset over the city and Mekong. Location was good easy walk to many restaurants, we particularly liked the Italian restaurant diagonally opposite. The Office Bar down the road was also good. Highly recommended accommodation in Vientiane. − Nothing - all good!

The place I keep coming back + Great location. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Great massage on the ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast on the rooftop, with a choice of menus (several options). Surprisingly, you can only choose one - coffee, tea or juice. − Perhaps more cleanliness in the rooms. The shower and some of the furniture could be replaced. 3% plus card payment, common in Laos but a bit unusual.
