Comfortable and convenient + Comfortable Lovely and very attentive staff Peaceful Nice breakfast with nice view Also has a pool table − One bathroom between multiple rooms however was not really an issue as I was there during off peak seasons It was a little out of the way but not by much

If you're wondering where to stay in Luang Prabang on a budget, look no further. + The staff were excellent. Joseph at reception was very welcoming and supportive during my stay. The property itself sits on the river with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and temples. A terrace with plenty of space to work from. All round a very positive experience. − Nothing. it was all fantastic.

Superb facilities + Receptionist spoke very good English, so he was able to help us out with advice and answer any questions. Free water refill and coffee down stairs with a pool table. It came with free breakfast, portions were small, but you had the choice of how your eggs were done, some pieces of bread and some pieces of fruit. The room was superb. Fantastic views, clean bed, electric heated shower − We booked a van to the train station through these guys. They kept trying to reassure us it would be fine, and the van would turn up on time. It was 45 mins late and we were rushing to get through security and on the train. If you are doing this, book a van well in advance. Every type of service is slower in Laos fyi

+ Die Ausstattung war gut − Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Es war schon vor 8 immer sehr laut. Die Unterkunft liegt doch eher sehr weit ab vom Zentrum und das Frühstück ist immer das Gleiche und auch nicht besonders.

+ Strongly recommended! Really enjoyed staying here. Well-meant thank you to Joseph, the owner, who couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. He really knows hospitality. Also the Philippina girl who made breakfast is the sweetest. Dorms are simple but comfortable, with curtains, lights and lockers next to the bed. Slept very well, also because they put the AC nice and cold (not like in some hostels where they leave it way too high and then take away the remote). The roof terrace is amazing, absolutely stunning views over the Mekong. Breakfast delicious. Wifi works well. Free water and instant coffee all day through. People mention the location being far, but I disagree. The main street downtown is right across the water, which can be reached in minutes by the bamboo bridge (dry season) or cheap longboat (wet season). Otherwise the main bridge is really only 5-10 minutes away. All the cheap eateries and local food is on "our" side of the river, big plus. − Nothing

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! + Le logement est très agréable, la terrasse a une très belle vue et on peut y admirer le coucher du soleil. L’oreiller était l’un des plus confortables que j’ai pu avoir en hostel. Il y a de l’eau fraîche à disposition et du savon dans la salle de bain. Le gérant est d’une incroyable gentillesse, il m’a arrangé plusieurs trajets en van et a toujours été arrangeant. − Le seul point négatif est que les lits grincent beaucoup, ce qui peut être dérangeant la nuit si on veut être discret et le matelas était un peu dur. C’est un peu excentré (25min à pieds du centre) mais il a de bons restaurants dans le quartier.
