+ We liked how quiet it was, but it was quite far from town to walk. You paid extra if you wanted breakfast. But we have more fun eating in town. At times, the lack of english was a bit of a problem, but if the owner were there, it was easy. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned the room after the third night. Nice people.

Amazing place to visit, in Luang Prabang + The owner is the best care taker you can imagine. Even my husband gave a gift to him a book written by his late mother during her visit in 1968, 1975 and 1978 in Laos. Also after Mr Khamphone drove us to the airport in Luang Prabang, the mobile phone of my husband was found and returned back by the lady air port staff with amazing gesture and politeness. Luang Prabang is one of our favourite place to visit. Thank you the owner; Mr. Khamphone🙏 − No halal food🙏

Exceptional + A very peaceful and relaxing stay in a lovely guesthouse. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming and so helpful. − You have to get a boat to the town centre, it only costs 10k kip so not that much of an issue really. Otherwise it's a 2km walk.

Guesthouse + My friend and I needed a place to stay for two days until our flight. This guesthouse was very comfortable with two twin beds, en suite, dresser, tv, fridge and ac to use as required. Price was very reasonable. Yard and hotel very picturesque , beautiful woodwork throughout. And very friendly and helpful people. I loved it and would come back .

Calm and lovely place + We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was pretty, clean and situated in calm surroundings and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They served a delicious complimentary breakfast of our own choosing. The only small downside was that it was a bit far to walk to the city center since the bamboo bridge was closed due to construction. The bridge, however, will return but actually we didn’t mind the walk. Huge recommendation! If you’re planning on going to Luang Prabang and would like to get a bit away from the hectic city center this guesthouse is worth considering!

Lovely helpful staff. We felt safe and happy. I went outside early one morning and the monks sang + Staff were great! People from around the world come back each year. Kim -- the manager went out of his way to help us find drivers etc. He even delivered us to the airport with a smile. we hated to leave. − Construction in the neighborhood was noisy. I expect that the construction is completed by now.

+ Such a lovely place to Stay. On south bank of river away from centre so super quiet. Bit of a problem until river works finish next month as no bamboo bridge. This normally makes 10 walk in to centre. At moment its 30 mins using the old bridge or a boat service that does save much time.. Great breakfast..Nice residental area.

Lovely little guest house away from the main river. + Location was where I needed it. Friendly staff even with little English. Arranged taxi to airport for me. − Very low English if the boss isn’t there. You have to leave your shoes outside the whole property, not just the room. It is noisy as there is a temple next door that bangs drums at 4am daily plus lots of motor bikes and construction. But that last part is all of LPB. Bring ear plugs and you’re set. No hot water kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

I had a relaxing, comfortable stay. + The building is attractive with common areas in the open air but protected from the elements. It is an older, stately type of building that is comfortable. − They could have better coffee, more information about the city (pamphlets and maps) and about the neighborhood.
