A good experience could have been better with more attention to detail. + The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Complimentary ride service from the bus station and to the airport, on departure, was much appreciated. − GM wasn't present and on-site staff didn't speak English. No meals served, although a delivery menu was displayed; as the nearest restaurant was nearly 1km distant in the town center, it would have been nice if food delivery was more readily available. Anyway, there was no fridge to keep beverages cold. I gave 2 days' notice for my intention to leave one day early, but I was denied a refund on one day's rent.

Great stay + Lovely, friendly staff and cute dogs. The room was clean and had everything you needed. There is also a free drinking fountain in the reception. The location was good and only a few minutes into the town centre.

Организовал все экскурсии и трансферы, все было очень здорово. − К сожалению, не получилось пообщаться лично с владельцем/управляющим отелем. В остальном всё было очень хорошо.

Un personnel adorable et une jolie vue + On a beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Super hôtel à Phonsavan, avec une magnifique vue depuis la chambre. Propreté impeccable. Très confortable et à proximité de la route principale où on trouve de bons cafés. Merci beaucoup!

Friendly staff. Excellent tour options. Clean accommodations. + Friendly staff. Excellent communication before, during & after our stay. Free airport shuttle to/from airport. Souk, driver, was lovely. We also opted to do tours with the guesthouse and Souk was also our tour guide. We did a full day tour (Quarry, Plain of Jars Site 1, 2 & 3) and half day (Hmong Village & Bomb Crater). Souk is friendly, passionate, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the area. The Guesthouse has several other tour options, and our biggest regret is we wish we had more time to do more. We had a great time on our tours. The guesthouse, itself, was clean and quiet. With beautiful views of the mountains. Close to town, about 4-5 minutes walk. We highly recommend this guesthouse and their tours.

The perfect guide. + Souk, our guide, could not have been more helpful in showing us around the plain of jars and spoon village. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us the local restauran5s, even waiting whilst we ate before taking us to the hotel. He helped arrange our return travel to Luang Prabang and checked regularly that we had everything we needed. The room was large and very comfortable and the breakfast provided was huge, I couldn't finish mine even though it was delicious. They provided a packed breakfast on the day we left as we were leaving early. There are great sunrise views from the upper balcony. − Nothing

Top! Ontspannen. + Fijne, schone plek om te verblijven in deze omgeving! Eigenaar zocht na de boeking direct contact wat een heel welkom gevoel gaf. Ontbijt was heerlijk! Eigenaar dacht fijn met ons mee over het vervolg van de reis. − Het stukje lopen naar de stad is wel wat donker. Het is maar 5 minuutjes lopen maar de motor of auto voelt misschien wat veiliger.
