Lovely stay + We would have liked to use the pool with out 3 yr old when we arrived at 2pm − Access to the pool for children

Comfortable hotel with good facilities. + Lots of facilities at the hotel and the breakfasts were good. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. − Drinks in the bar were expensive. Having to book a slot for breakfast was inconvenient. We were not told about the system initially and we were forced to wait until 10.00 to have breakfast at which time there was a lot less choice for the fruit, pastries, etc.

2 nights + Outside − Layout of hotel was very confusing. Built in 1997 and already very outdated. There were stains on carpet and furniture in our room. Plumbing was substandard..and no vent in bathroom and no A C…This hotel has a four star classification, but more like a three star. Staff were good , but not friendly. Breakfast was good though. Hotel missed the opportunity of having a bar…where guests can hang out and socialize with each other and the bartender. There is a lounge,with a service bar where you have to order and carry your own drinks to table.

+ The view from the hotel was beautiful and the front of house staff were very friendly. − The room was cold when we arrived. There was a few parts of the room that were poor the bed side locker drawer was broken and the dresser in the room also had broken drawers. Under 18's are only permitted to use the pool at certain times which wasn't stated when i booked the hotel. The breakfast was OK but could be improved.

Schönes Hotel + Das Gebäude ist beeindruckend und großzügig. Auch das Zimmer war groß geschnitten und vor allem das Bett ist komfortabel. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war es etwas chaotisch.
