+ Great location, responsive host and hugely spacious − Lack of tea towels, clothes to clean, dishwasher didn't work. Very, dirty windows and carpets, bathroom could also do with deep clean or updating - especially in shower. Can get quite noisy with restaurant right below, this should be advertised clearly.

Quite depressing and uninviting. Entrance positively dangerous and dirty. + NA − Hand washing lotion very poor quality in bathrooms. Stains on ensuite bedroom carpet, possibly blood. Living area very bleak and settee very well used and unattractive.

The location cannot be beat, and David is a good host. + David was communicative and helpful. − Access to the flat is through an alleyway that was not the cleanest. We didn't realize we'd have to climb a set of outdoor stairs with our luggage. It worked out, but knowing that would have been good.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again + Spacious living room and kitchen. Kitchen ware were plentiful. Location was excellent as for access to pubs and restaurants − The entrance lane was a little unusual

Would not stay here again. A pity, because in a great location. + Good kitchen facilities, comfy beds, good tv reception and good wifi (once router was reset). − Had to ask for additional (hand) towels. No mirror in one bedroom. No hanging facility in one bedroom (other guests had to share our wardrobe) No bin in one bedroom. Main bathroom toilet seat lid did not stay up. Black mould on silicon in showers. Windows and skylights filthy. No plugs for sinks. Door hooks on back of bedroom doors would be nice. Loose tap in en suite.

+ Ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro y con todos los servicios a tu alcance. Apartamento con gran salón/comedor y cocina integrada. − Instalaciones muy antiguas y con muchas carencias. Limpieza muy mejorable. Se accede a la vivienda a través de un callejón y subiendo una escalera metálica, lo que lo hace inaccesible a personas con movilidad reducida.
