+ The location was great for the IMMA Parking area was very convenient Room service until 4am is great and the food was very nice − I felt the room for £200+ per night was very basic compared to how nice the rest of the hotel is. Although I was generally happy with the room there were stains on the carpet, scratches on the furniture and the view from the window wasn't very nice.

2nd stay at the Ashling Dublin and would highly recommend it as a great value in Dublin + This was my second stay at the Ashling Dublin. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Heuston Train Station and in close proximity to the Guiness Storehouse. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15–20-minute walk to places like Grafton Street and St. Stephens Green but we enjoyed staying where it was less crowded. We used the Luas tram which runs in the direction along the river and can bring you closer to some of these busier areas. The tram was $2euro and the tram stop was a 2-minute walk right outside the Ashling Hotel. The price for the Ashling Dublin hotel was very reasonable compared to some of the other options I looked at. If you are traveling by train, it is super convenient with Dublin's main train station right across the street. This hotel is also very close to the Dublin …

Great place to stay and super close to Heuston Station. + The staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Heuston Station is only a 2 minute walk away so it is perfect for traveling. We were a bit early and our rooms weren’t quite ready for us but there is free luggage storage on the property so we didn’t have to drag it around with us while we waited. − The bed was quite firm but I know some people prefer that so this is more personal preference than it is a negative.
