Desepcionante por el precio que pagué. + El personal muy amable. − Cuarto muy pequeño sin lugar para valija ni escritorio o sillas adicionales. Para ir al centro de la ciudad hay que tomar transporte público. En 3 días no pasaron a limpiar el cuarto.

+ I only liked the location. − It is appalling that you rent out a room like that for two people; it is too small even for one. I work in tourism and own an apartment myself, so I find what you are renting out truly shameful. On top of that, the reception lists an "extra cleaning" fee of 15 euros—implying that cleaning is something that has to be paid for separately—yet there was hair on the floor and the bed linen; it is disgraceful. We even had to go to the reception ourselves to get fresh towels.

Overall, I had a great stay and could recommend it to people. + I liked that the staff was there 24/7 and were really helpful. It was clean, nice, and just like the pictures. I enjoyed my stay there. − The location is close to the centrum (20 min walk to the popular Temple Bar), but there were a lot of homeless and scary street people in the area around the hotel.

Clean rooms friendly staff however more comfort needed. + Staff were friendly − Uncomfortable beds which gave both of us a sore back. Only 1 pillow per bed was disappointing also. Having to go to reception for tea/coffee was inconvenient. Also on arrival we were charged a 100euro deposit which was not mentioned on booking, not ideal having an extra fee to pay on arrival that wasn’t budgeted for.

+ The room was pretty small but well lit, comfortable bed, air con and TV. Plenty of plug sockets, hairdryer, hangers and towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good coffee shop very close called "the Hive" and good take away Pizza across the Liffey 3mins walk - helpful if you're hungry late in the evening. Luas easy distance for Heuston. − No table to place anything or eat from in the room. I found the traffic/train or tram disturbed my sleep.

Small space but everything worked except Wi fi. + Comfy bed. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Good shower. − Wi Fi a problem for me. Small room with no chair . Only space for suitcase was under bed. But no real room to put contents of suitcase.

Très bonne expérience + Le rapport qualité/prix, le café gratuit. − Les chambres sont très petites (mais bien pensées). Une étagère pour poser quelques affaires aurait été bienvenue
