We highly recommend it! + Hotel has quite good location about an hour from the airport, beautiful and big garden. Sea view room was spacious with jacuzzi tab. Room on the top were quiet and cleaning every day very careful. The hotel services was on the high level, personnel was kind, smiling and always willing to help. The strongest part of the hotel is animation team! We had spent a very good time during activities like joga, stretching, fitness, olympic games, zumba and Latino lessons. Special thanks to: Dahlia, Wiktoria, Jolie and Koko! The atmosphere were fun, magical and unforgettable. Animators took care of us. They should have their own tip box because they are worth appreciating. We were on two a'la carte dinners in Italian and Asian restaurants in that hotel and that was the best experience ever in the Egypt.

Great place to stay! + Fabulous hotel friendly and clean. Great to see Mr Aladin regularly too. The only things that let it down is the limited snack bar choices and the reception staff attitude but the rest of the staff team are fantastic! The a la carte restaurants are great although pre ordering can be a bit tricky depending on how hungry you feel. Spotlessy clean all round - thank you. Great animation team, much improved from previous visits. Joli was great and very friendly. Thank you for another great stay Alpha Hotel.

relaxing couple’s vacation + We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, so there was something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the à la carte restaurant — the food was very tasty and nicely prepared, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service and great food. We would happily come back again!

Absolute Perfection 👌 + Excellent! Such an absolutely beautiful hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend here. The food was amazing and fresh and we loved the outside cooking (specials). The service is outstanding. If you want to feel really good about yourself, then this is the place to come to. I can't wait to return. The sea water is so clear that you can't even tell you are in water. The pools have plenty of sunbeds and the staff are always there to help and always with a smile and conversation. I booked this place as a relaxing place with my mother. Just the two of us, and it had exceeded our expectations by far. Perfection! Well done team.

Very impressed + I was so impressed with Serenity Alpha Beach! The buffet food was the best I've had from an all inclusive resort, plus the al la cartes were superb and offered a great variety of options. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed, loads of clothes storage, large balcony. A highlight was the amazing animal creations done by the cleaning staff using the towels. Despite being a large resort it never felt as such, it is nicely spread out. Would highly recommend Baywatch for breakfast or dinner, as it's more of a restaurant experience and smaller than the main buffet. The staff were very polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for much more really. Our only negatives (I'm being very fussy here) were the cocktails weren't great, but we found there were plenty of other drinks options. Plus it would be great if the gym could be open earlier than 9am, so you could have breakfast after. Overall, very pleased and I'm sure we will be back!

Staff The staff were absolutely amazing – always smiling, friendly, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests and want everyone to enjoy their stay. High quality resort + We've been to the Hurghada area over ten times and stayed in many great hotels and resorts. Serenity Alpha Beach is up there with the best. There is a high quality feel in the whole resort - the reception area is magnificent, the grounds well tended and beautiful, the bars are great, the food is excellent (particularly in the a la carte restaurants), the beach is lovely and the staff everywhere are helpful, welcoming and friendly (Ahmed who was at the main pool bar but now at the beach deserves a special shout-out - great guy). One very small comment is that the room we were in, while very spacious and well appointed, was a bit tired. However, we can see upgrading work being carried out on the resort and I'm sure this will be sorted by the next time we visit. All in all a really good experience which we would recommend highly.

Amazing holiday. + We had an amazing stay at the alpha beach. Rooms were lovely, soundings were beautiful, staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful all around the hotel. The facilities were great, food and drinks lovely and varied and the Al a cartes were amazing. Such a great holiday. A special shout out the Animation team too who do such a great job. In particular Fey, so bursting with energy and enthusiasm and made a special effort to inform us of everything going on and get us involved. Great knowledge on fitness too. A real credit to the hotel and team.

Tired out Hotel + Was so looking forward to coming here for me and my wife's joint birthdays I will start by saying and getting this out of the way Hurgada airport arriving HORRENDOUS be prepared SHOCKING Hurgada airport departure even more HORRENDOUS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING Definitely don't go to HURGADA Ok travel from airport to hotel about 30/40 minutes in private taxi, longer by coach it is quite a journey On arrival to Serenity it's magnificent to see with a beautiful lobby Fantastic check in and wonderful staff. Our room was one of the last near to the beach and fantastic breakfast restaurant and an amazing saltwater pool Our room 3908 was huge and very comfortable but very very tired with TV and lights hanging of the walls Threadbare carpet,worn bathroom and cracked tiles. Haven said that the beds where really comfortable and the the room guy was a amazing and a great guy decorating our bedroom every day. Favourite Hotel in Hurghada! + We have just returned from a wonderful week in Egypt. We stayed at Serenity Alpha Beach with an All-Inclusive deal. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with gorgeous, well-maintained gardens and native plants, birds and flowers. The staff/Animation Team can’t do enough to help and were so polite and hardworking, as well as fun and upbeat. The private beach has a pier which you can swim off with amazing snorkelling - so many beautiful fish and corals. There was an excellent selection of foods and always a lot of choice, too. We enjoyed breakfast at the beach restaurant every day, which was a lovely venue set on the beach front. Our room was very big, housekeeping made our towels into different things each day including a boat, a swan, a flower and birds. The water was nice and hot, the AC probably needs servicing but we were barely in our room apart from to sleep. The towels and bedding were immaculate and the mattresses and pillows were of very …

First time Egypt - not the last + Just returned from 10 days at Serenity Alpha. Long post but full info Following reading some of the previous reviews before going was mixed at how our holiday would be, all I would say is go with an open mind and you will have a very nice holiday. Firstly, I'll talk about arriving at Hurghada airport - Absolute cattle market is the best way to describe. We got our visas in advance so didn't have to wait on these. Joined the queue for passport control and wow it took forever. Finally our turn and they didn't even ask for the visa?? We went with Easyjet holidays and booked private transfer to hotel. Finding this was not great and to be honest the price we paid, the transport wasn't fantastic - minibus with no air con on. But rather than book that way you can book directly. Anyway, on to hotel. Been to Egypt 34 times and will definitely return + Hotel is situated around half an hour from the airport (depending on driver). Nowhere to walk out to, but that suited us for what we wanted, relax! There are some shops on the complex. Some of the rooms/hotel decor are worn/dated BUT it is spotlessly clean. Food was really good in the buffet restaurants, always something you'd fancy. There are various restaurants apart from the usual buffet, but we only tried the Barroco restaurant, which is not part of the all inclusive. The food and staff were really lovely, but it was REALLY hot in there. We would have stayed longer if it were cooler and made an evening of it, but it got too much so we left. Bar and restaurant staff work so hard to make this resort special for each person. We were wondering if the size of it would detract from the 'personal touch', but once you find your place, the pool, bar & beach staff make it special for you. Consistent Quality and Great Hospitality Every Time + This was my fourth stay at this resort in Makadi Bay, and it keeps getting better every time. The facilities are great and always very well maintained - everything is spotless, and the gardens are beautifully cared for. Each morning you can see the staff making sure everything is neat and perfect. The buffet food is excellent, with plenty of variety and very good quality. The themed restaurants are also nice, but I personally prefer the buffet for its range and consistency. The staff are as friendly and helpful as always, showing genuine Egyptian hospitality at its best. The animation team, in particular, has really improved compared to previous years. They create a fun, positive atmosphere, engaging guests in a respectful and professional way. Alphamazing! + Just got back from Serenity Alpha Beach and had a lovely experience. Great check in on arrival and room accommodated all of our needs, especially as I'm disabled. Room a little tired, but immaculately clean, and our daily cleaner couldn't do enough for us (room 1020), including funny and brilliant towel designs daily. The waiters, pool guys (top pool, which is heated) and staff were second to none and work so hard and always with a smile on their faces. The Animation team, made us soooooo welcome, checked everyday that we were ok and happy with everything and worked tirelessly to make everyone happy. Big shout out to Katelyn, who was funny, engaging, hardworking and just brilliant! Thank you! Faye, Dahlia, Jules, and all the lads on the team who were just as great. Great vacation! + I had a wonderful stay at Serenity Alpha Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet active holiday in Egypt. The hotel is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens, clean and comfortable rooms, and a lovely beach area that creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the animation team. They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made sure guests felt welcome and included in the daily activities. The team created a great atmosphere around the pool and the beach throughout the day. I especially enjoyed the fitness program organized by the animation team. There were many different activities such as aqua gym, stretching, yoga, and other group fitness sessions. It was a great way to stay active during the holiday while also having fun. The instructors were motivating and professional, and the activities were suitable for people of all fitness levels. Overall it was wonderful stay.

Great Hotel + We had a really amazing stay at Serenity Alpha Beach. The food was amazing, the shows were funny, the animation team was really friendly and entertaining and the variety of activities were also great. One member of staff especially stood out for us. Mahmoud (the guy in the picture) , who worked at the Lobby bar, was always really friendly, quick with the drinks and also with a joke. He made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside in the hotel, were the parrots who were entrapped in a small cage. Not only did we feel really sorry for them, as they are birds that should be free, but furthermore they were really loud, especially in the morning, and on top of that, certain hotel guests were extremely disrespectful and harassed the birds. Overall however I can only recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun holiday.
