Beautiful architecture! Simply nice to look at. I would love to return to this hotel + - The service is amazing! Every member of the staff is very nice and attentive - The food in the main restaurant was OK. Not great, not bad - I liked that there were two main restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner, one is much quieter and closer to the sea - By the way, the beach is soo close to the rooms! It’s amazing - Nice activities every day in the morning and in the evening − We had to go to the reception every single day to fix the cards of our room because they stopped working all the time. Ir was very annoying:( The food in the Toscana restaurant was awful

+ the stuff was amazing, they were really helpful, the room was really big, comfy and clean, facilities were really good. − The food was average, and there were no sealed bottles of still water in the room. Drinking the tap water made us sick during our stay. Even if you ask for a sealed bottle of water, they bring you tap water in their own bottles instead. So, I recommend buying your own bottled water.

Excellent, absolutely recommended. + -The staff were really helpful and always looked for solutions to accommodate our requests. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly service :) -Whenever we had an excursion, guards recorded car plates and received phone numbers of the drivers for our safety. -The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the variety offered at each meal. -The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their attentive and excellent service. − The bartenders could improve the variety of cocktails they offer, especially when it comes to classic cocktails. They do the basics well, but a wider selection would make the experience even better.

Ailecek harika bir tatil için kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. + Its location was very close to the Old Town and the bazaars. The hotel's meals were delicious and prepared with care. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel's private beach was well-maintained, and the sea was beautiful. We definitely recommend it; it is a great hotel for a family vacation.

Très reposant, service exceptionnel + Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en couple. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible pour nos demandes, la piscine chauffée, la plage privée avec beaucoup de transats. − Le restaurant TOSCANE, mauvais. Les buffets sont bons mais il faut rester sur des plats classiques. Beaucoup de personnes "réserves" les transats à la piscine et le personnel n'enlève pas les serviettes comme pourtant indiqué.
